Galaxy Flights レビュー

Jamie Smith provided a superb service in organising tickets for a friend and myself for our trip to Thailand next month.
Not an easy task as we were not in the same part of the country. So Jamie organised everything for everthything for both of us including wheelchair assistance for my friend, great flight times and great prices.
Could not have made this trip without Jamie's diligence and perseverance.
Overall a very experience.
Just cannot praise Jamie highly enough

I would like to appreciate how Raun helped me with the tickets he helped me and he was very patient with my queries

Nelson is so dependable. I was a tad worried at first thinking I’d booked a scam. It wasn’t, got my fly e-ticket as promised

Jamie Smith was very helpful intaking things through with me and being patient with my deafness. However I was very disappointed in that having booked a flight at price advertised I now found that there was extra charge for baggage and that my booking couldn't be confirmed for some reason and I would have to pay an additional £400 approx. This is not good Practice. The price you show on line should be the price one pays. I would have booked through another company if I had been aware of this.

I have received best service from Raun. He helped me to secure my flight making things easier hence I appreciate his service. Thank you

Raun has really helped me secure my flight. He has made things easier I really appreciate for good service I received.

Rex is so helpful and kind. Always available to support me.

Sarah is a good listener, was patient and always came back to me as she promised
Am satisfied

Booking the flight with nelsan was wanderfull. He is top star person
Excelant severies

Rex Dasilva provided an excellent service in purchasing flights. One slight issue was the website offer of Business class flights, but during the booking process it became apparent in a small font that hold luggage was not included in the price (Hold Luggage 0). That's a first for me and I could easily have missed the absence of hold luggage when 2 pieces for business class is normal. Rex did resolve the issue but at a higher price than advertised.

It was my first time booking with this travel agent, and definitely won't be my last. Jamie was absolutely incredible, he was very helpful from start to finish.
Very professional I highly recommend this company!

Nathan showed great interpersonal skills and was supportive throughout the whole process of booking my flight.

Rex who booked my flight was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Just when I had given up finding a reasonably priced ticket, his persistence paid off. He really took his time to go through everything with me, explaining the pros and cons and got me the best deal. He also followed up the following day to ensure the ticket was generated and reminded me to check in online. His service was outstanding and I will definitely be using Galaxy flights travels just because of him and the great service he provided.

Nathan has done great and went extra mile for customer. He has ensured me that my flight will not be delayed due to customer feedback if that happens he will I’ll communicate m . I am travelling to abroad.

Great customer service from Nelson
