Ordered 6th January, it is now 19th March still not received. Emailed them twice and reply was high demand. I'm asking for refund. We'll see if I get that! 🤬

I've emailed them and and was told to wait. They've taken my money but still no product. Have demanded a refund but no reply yet. AVOID! AVOID!. SCAM COMPANY if it is one.... waste of $52.00
Do your research!!!

Save your money and time and order from elsewhere. They will take your money but you'll be waiting an age for it to turn up, if indeed it does. Coming up to 5 weeks now. Got a reply to my first query. Told to wait. Now I've been ghosted.

Galaxystraps? No wonder I couldn't find information on this company. They are now samstraps.com.

Everything people are saying is true. They are 100% bogus. They are middle men funneling cheap products via a legit looking website. They don't care about customer service as they make money on volume.

I ordered 1 strap, waited 4 weeks and finally was told they had no more inventor and refunded my purchase. The thing is the website still showed the strap I ordered as available and on sale. Never once came up as out of stock. Just a bogus reason for their bogus business.

But I figured, try a different strap... For the price and with a little luck I could get one. Again, a month goes by and the last update I get was it ended in USPS and was stopped. No updates after that. I contacted the company and they just refunded my money. I asked them why wouldn't they contact the shipping service and sort out the issue? No response.

Bottom line, they make a few bucks off this cheap stuff. This is not really a business...just a profit by volume. They don't care about individual orders or shipping issues.

As others I thought this company was based out of Europe and nothing about Chinese products. They need to do something about these companies. They just keep changing their names and running the same scams.

I ordered a strap a month ago, Still have not received it. Said 4-9 business days. Thought they were in the UK. They definitely aren't. False advertising in my opinion. Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they give the appearance of being UK based with a company address in london and a supposed 4-9 day shipping period with royal mail. i've been waiting 3 weeks and still no idea when it will arrive as coming from china on the slow coach. i'm sure it will be inferior as well, if the other reviews are anything to go by- what a con!

Avoid this company. It clearly states 4 to 9 business days for delivery. I'm still waiting 4 weeks later. Do not give this company your money.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 leather strap that was advertised as genuine 100% leather. To my disappointment this strap doesn't look, feel or even smell like 100% leather. Its very stiff and isn't as easy as it should be to put on your wrist.
The end of the strap has a point instead of being rounded and the last loop is very slack and moves either way far too easy so the strap point stands proud catching everything it's path especially when in bed as it catches on the bed covers all the time which is so annoying and now defeats the object of having a smart watch to check your sleep patterns etc so I no longer wear in bed. It's not comfortable on my wrist due to being very stiff and not at all like the original when i first bought the watch off Samsung.
I'm not saying all watch straps you buy off SamStraps are not going to be genuine or as good as your original but this particular leather strap is not what i expected and definitely not the same quality as the original one purchase from Samsung that cost £350 at the time a few years ago. I'm now looking for another company to buy off, unfortunately. I would rather pay that little bit extra if getting what you expect which is meant to be 100% genuine as advertised. Very disappointed hence the one star.

Ordered a galaxy 4 strap via samstraps (rebranded from galaxystraps). Site said delivery via Royal Mail so under the impression I was paying £20 for a quality product shipped locally. Then received shipping notification from China!

Strap arrived after 5 weeks, low quality, not leather as advertised, broke in under a week.

Not a scam but very misleading sale. Money paid for shipping rather than product. Avoid.

Made the mistake of thinking that these straps were genuine products for Samsung smart watch and Fitbit. Realised my mistake as soon as I received a confirmation email with a three week expected date of delivery .... items come from China. Cheap, thin, poor quality straps but paying the same or similar to genuine products. Refund promised when I complained via email but no refund has been issued and my last few emails have been ignored. AVOID!

Black silicon similar to original s3 watch strap, slightly thinner, but a good replacement.
(Same thickness as S4 strap). Easy to track on.line and arrived in 14 days by royal mail. Did not have the two loops as original, so re used original loops.
A good choice, regardless of some poor reviews shown on here.

Opened the package today at Christmas and found it does not fit as they shipped a Galaxy 4 strap

Now we need to see how their returns department works - not holding out much hope based on these reviews

Update - They apologised profusely for the disappointment and fully refunded the strap

I guess anyone can make a mistake but it is the way we address the issue and correct the problem that matters

Too many negative reviews on here. The delivery was slow but it is coming from China and it's free delivery. The quality of my 2 bands, one is a metal link strap and the other a silicon strap and they are as expected, good quality. The tracking was easy to follow using the tracking information and took 16 days from point of order but there is a post strike in the UK ATM. Definitely not a scam site and will definitely order again.

Terrible strap really bad and cheap not a real site the strap is cheap and flimsy asked for a return and totally ignored.

Been ripped off

Fake strap arrived very late, save your money and buy from Samsung direct. These are like ebay rubbish ones that cost under £5. Either pay a hit more and get a proper one or pay a lot less for an equivalent crap fake!

I am starting to believe I got scammed. should've read the reviews before placing an order. paid $25 for a new band for my new Watch5 Pro. Been a week already with a "tracking #" provided 4 days ago which does not exist when you go to track it.

This is a scam site. Just discovered this after contacting Samsung as I had the order going to an old address. Please do not use!!!
