Gamersathart レビュー

Ordered from their online store for delivery. It was sent the same day and arrived the next.

Was well packaged and order updates were clearly communicated. I definitely recommend buying from this shop!

I am quite satisfied. They sent my order within a few days and it was safely packed with recyclable plastic bubble wrap. But unfortunately the link that they sent me to track my package didn't work. But I still received my package safely and would still recommend this shop.

Edit: Thank you for the explanation and for taking care of my order!

Super fast delivery. Cheapest website I could find for the game I was ordering. Really nice hand written note with the order Highly recommend.

We've ordered multiple times from them and it's been great each time. The games have been packaged well, all materials are recyclable and there's a really large selection of products. I would really recommend

I ordered two tins of Pokémon TCG cards. Great prices, fast shipping (free for my order), and fully compostable packaging is really appreciated! Their website is competent and easy to use, and a handwritten note thanking me for my order was a lovely touch.
Will definitely shop here again!

Amazing prices, very fast delivery and plenty of communication throughout. Very happy, will definitely order from them again!

Great experience.
Good price and extremely fast service - item delivered less than 24 hours from time of order.
Will definitely be using again.

I had a really good experience with Gamers@Hart. After ordering a product online, it was dispatched reallly quickly and was due to be delivered the following day.

It arrived really well packaged and the product was in great condition.

The prices seemed so reasonable for the product I purchased when compared to like Amazon, who charged £10-20 more for the same product

I had a fantastic experience shopping with Gamersathart! The shipping was impressively fast, and the prices were great value for money. What really stood out to me was the personal touch—a lovely handwritten note included in my parcel, which made the whole experience feel special.

I also appreciate their commitment to sustainability, using environmentally friendly packaging materials without compromising on protection. It’s clear they care about their customers and the planet. Highly recommended for board game enthusiasts!

I randomly found G@H while searching for a particular Pokémon booster box (Twilight Masquerade) and checked to ensure the company was legit (Google Maps and Trust Pilot). Everything seemed fine; prices were fair, shipping was free over £20, and it was tracked, so I placed an order for 2 items.

Unfortunately, one of my items was unable to be located. No problem; I was refunded instantly and received an apology updated on my order.

The other item was shipped right away, tracked and arrived when expected.

The item was well packed, and to my surprise, it was environmentally conscious packing (I really appreciate this). A handwritten note thanking me for my order was also included, which is a nice personal touch.

I don't have a local game store near me that supports my hobbies, so I'm always hunting for online smaller, non-corporate businesses to support, and I'm glad to have found one.

Not only would I recommend based on my first impression, but I have decided to use this store when I can. Thanks for a smooth transaction.

Ordered a game from the store and arrived very carefully packaged. Absolutely fantastic (and prompt) communication from the store when I had a query regarding my order. Definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Really impressed by the service. Firstly the item I bought was great value, and sold out everywhere else.

The item was really well packaged, surrounded by packing peanuts & arrived safe.

Finally the free next day delivery on orders over £20 is brilliant. Dispatched fast!

Prices are really fair and seems like it's a really nice wee shop. Genuinely class service as well, made an online order here on a Thursday at 13:30 from the store which is obviously based in Hartlepool, England, and despite me being in Northern Ireland I received it by 11am the next day. Seems like I'm just praising the postal service but I was just so pleased they were quick with packaging up my order. From my one experience I can't recommend them enough. Although, I guess it would be nice to see some more board games on offer as I'd be more than happy to support good businesses like this if there were just a few more things like that. Even little games like Dudo/Liar's Dice would be class to see. If a nice set came up I'd be buying it!

Recieved a truly 5 start service!!
Ordered 19th December and it was delivered to me on 20th December! Wow!
Packaged nicely and the item arrived in mint sealed condition. Perfect, thank you!

These guys are honestly amazing!
Had an issue caused by me, and they dealt with it and done all they could to help me!!!
Will be using for future purchases

I bought the board game Bezzerwizzer as a family Christmas game. Not only was it he best price I could find online, but it was nice to know it was from an independent local(ish) company in Hartlepool.

It was posted next day delivery. I was also given email updates to keep me posted on the delivery progress.

The item arrived in fully compostable packing, which is great as I have a compost bin. I was also please to see a handwritten "Thank you" note from who I presume are the owners (Peter and Jeni).

Overall I would thoroughly rate this company and recommend that potential buyers of board games purchase through Gamers@Hart over larger international companies such as Amazon.

Very quick service, spot on, well packaged, competitive price. Will definitely use again

Absolutely top-notch service. Just couldn't fault it. I needed a WarHammer gift for my grandson in Ireland. GamersatHart had exactly the gift that I needed and at a very competitive price. Not only that, they offered free P&P for anything over £20. I ordered it around lunchtime on Tuesday. They processed the order immediately and kept me informed. The item was sent out by Track24 and was with my grandson in Ireland less than 24 hours later. Wow!! Thank you GamersatHart, I will certainly turn to you first for any future gift requirements.

The team at Gamersathart really went out of their way to help me with my order and were quick to respond to my enquiries. All that I ordered arrived promptly and expertly packed in perfect condition. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Prompt delivery.
Great service.
