We understand your frustration and please know that we are constantly working with our payment system provider to make sure fraudulent activities do not take place. For safety reasons we use a payment system provider, this means that credit card information is not stored on our platform and users are directed to a third party provider and this is where the transaction takes place. We also have 3d verification and cvc checks mandatory for each credit card transaction meaning a payment will fail if it is entered wrong. Because our sector has to do with the distribution of digital products we send keys as soon as the purchase is made and don’t have the luxury of holding products for a couple of days. Because we do not have customer information like credit cards stored on our platform the correct way to handle this situation is through your bank. We have never partnered with cash app and this may be a security measure that is lacking on their end so please also reach out to them also so further problems don't arise. We hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

I have never used GamesForPlay EVER, and 600.00 dollars was taken from my account. there is nobody to talk to. the account it was taken from said to get a hold of the merchant. I am trying to get my money back so far it is a runaround a fraud. do not use

Had fraudulent charges In the amount of $431 show up on my card so I sent an email to customer support and have yet to receive any kind of response what so ever. Not to mention the fact that I have never even used the website.
Finally get a response and they basically say that it's not their problem because they use a payment service..... when it clearly says Gamesforplay on my card transactions..... what a joke! 😡😡😡

It works
The few minutes (sometimes a bit more) delay in getting the key after purchase is a little bit strange but its great value and ultimately no issues redeeming the keys on steam.

Bought a game from them and still havent recieved the key for it! Tried sending email! NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER from them!!! At all. I tried even on their messenger and no response either. Just terrible customer service.
