I used to love Last Chaos still miss it. Started back in 2008 early 2009. In 2022 I lost my accounts do to a break I took for a couple weeks when I came back there was a flashing icon for shop so I took the time in found out shortly after that it was a code because the company was being sold to Fawkes. I contacted Gamigo took 4 days for a response and by that time it was to late they could not do anything. I originally thought i put about 10 years and around 2k into and I which I told them but they did not seem to care said something about ToS unfortunately deleted those e mails in aggravation. I would have written a review sooner but but from looks of things on Fawkes discord, me personally don't use discord but seen other people asking guess had same issues with losing accounts and mentioned possible a codeless migration but seems like it is never going to come so slowly facing the fact I will never see my accounts again. I recently checked my e mails and spent close to 5900.00 and about 13 years of my life gone because of 1 mistake. in a 6 year period. Contacted BBB they said they sent something to them but now still waiting for a response. Unfortunately had to lie about date of experience since won't accept older than 12 months.

the company is a SCAM, they do not give alerts to subscriptions going out when their year long, I stopped playing the game after a few months of having one, and thought I canceled the sub, woke up like 9 months later, to a email saying £60 went out my account, opened a ticket instantly and explained to them and said that I couldn't afford it, they refused to refund saying they don't do refunds, (its the day of the subscription going out). i told them that there was no email informing of this subscription going out, told them that I would need to talk to my bank due to the refusal of a refund, the bank said that they couldn't go through with the dispute, Gamigo banned my account and still get to take the money

I used to love playing the games Trove and Wizard101, which were both initially not owned but later acquired by this company a few years ago. Both games have now experienced a complete decline in passionately crafted updates. Now, the direction of both is releasing the new biggest cash grab, and as a result, they've deteriorated into husks of what they once were.

Very trash company! They've been milking Wizard101 and making it worse than it was since they acquired it! They do not know how to handle games, and they actually focus on making the most money out of games they get before shutting them down because no good content is realized and no maintainence is present!

The game that they never developed or fixed and just milked it to death was Defiance and Defiance 2050. It wasn't the best game ever made but I miss it. This company doesn't love gaming they love money and nothing more. I wish I could get my hands on the game and host it on a private server but when I approached them about my idea and acquiring the game they didn't out right reject it but they had some serious monetary clauses attached.

These people are scammers and they are rude too!

I’ve been a long-time player of Trove, but my experience with how Gamigo Group handles cheaters and bans has been nothing short of frustrating. The game has been plagued with duping issues for a long time, and instead of addressing the root cause, which is likely a client/server validation problem, Gamigo has resorted to temporary fixes that don’t solve anything long-term.

What’s worse is that innocent players are getting swept up in their ban waves. I’ve seen countless legitimate players, including myself, unfairly banned while the real cheaters continue to exploit the game. It’s beyond frustrating that they are punishing loyal players for their own inability to properly fix the game's vulnerabilities.

It feels like they don’t care about the players or the integrity of the game at this point, and are more focused on short-term patches rather than implementing a real solution. Trove deserves better, and so do its players.

Until they start addressing these issues seriously, I cannot recommend investing your time or money in a game where the developers are so disconnected from their player base and unable to effectively manage cheaters.

Perma banned for unfair reasons . long story short , exploiters / duppers that have been active and most likely are still active are selling their stuff on marketplace or trade , if u would buy that specific item that the exploiters / duppers are selling , you have a chance to get perma banned since they see this as "taking part in exploitation " me not knowing that i could get banned over marketplace or trade . I contacted gamigo explaining the whole situation even offerd to delete everything that i have bought from marktplace and they basically said that their decision is final and will not be reserved . This means that innocent people that are playing trove could potentially buy an item that was dupped and get permanently banned for that with nothing you can do about it because the devs find it " taking part in exploitation ". yet the exploiters and duppers are still active on the game not getting banned. Years of progress just gone like that i was 40k+ pr I Will never return to trove or gamigo as a whole ever again. Years of progress gone like that .cant give anything lower then a 1 star even tho i wished i could've gave a 0. So Thanks gamigo . 👍🏽

Verkaufen defekte Spiel Software, und versuchen dann dem Kunden blöd zu verkaufen, das er nicht in der Lage ist ein Spiel zu installieren!

Gamigo are terrible. When the game disconnects you and you lose items from your inventory, they have no interest in replacing them. Also, there are uncountable errors in the game which they refuse to fix, even simple spelling mistakes. The staff dealing with any issues just make excuses to why they can't do anything. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Recently I tried to access my account on gamigo. Specifically to play Rift. My account has been locked (banned).

Gamigo says all payments on the account are outstanding.

I provided evidence of payments from PayPal and bank.

Gamigo wants me to pay them another $165 usd to release the account back to me.

They provide no evidence of any refunds or payments being denied. They actually sent me evidence of the payments being settled correctly but deny this evidence even though it’s written right in front of them.

Appalling service. I’ll never play another gamigo game again in my lifetime.

Furchtbare Firma deren Philosophie es ist, Spiele ausbluten zu lassen, keinen Inhalt mehr zu bringen sondern sie so lange melken, bis der letzte Tropfen cash abgegriffen ist und nur noch ein seelenloser verbuggter Schatten des ehemaligen Spiels übrig ist.
Wenn diese Firma dein Spiel publisht, ist es quasi schon tot!

This Company cannot be trusted with anything do not go around them or you will learn the hard way...they are the death of video games

I will not say anything about this company, because they can sue me and condamn me in a trouble I cannot have.
Because i have no job, right now.

I can only express one thing, and i dissociate by any idea you will create yourself about Gamigo.
If they really wanted a change in their company, well, i didn't saw that.

Ich würde niemals Browser- oder mobile Spiele spielen. Allein wegen des Pay-to-win-Faktors. Außerdem wurde ich vor drei Jahren als 14-Jährige vom jetzigen CEO im Internet gegroomt. Wirkt unprofessionell.

With all honesty by far the worst gaming company I've ever seen and cooperated with.

Lets start with a few positives:
- Been part of AeriaGames / Gamingo's game(s) for 13 years and had alot of fun.
- Made great friends within this journey.
- Big respect to the small amount of staff members that really tried their best for the games.
(To name a few of them that are memorable: Superman0X - USA GameMaster '09, Memphis - GameMaster'13, Selene - CM '22, Collector - DE GameMaster '22)

With all respect, I could write a whole essay about things that went wrong but to sum it up:
- Very poor management towards players and moderator volunteers
- No responsibilities are taken and promises by staff are not fulfilled
- Staff often doesn't have knowledge about the game they are working with and refuse to listen to moderator volunteers for tips.
- Very understaffed and alot of staff cycling every few months
- Main focus is earning as much cash as possible, even if it spoils the game. Money first at all costs.
- Neglecting games from weeks to even months. Volunteer moderators are supposed to take the brunt of player complaints.
- They are not ashamed to empty poor children's accounts for thousands of euros. You would think it's a joke but unfortunately for this company it is not.
- Very pay to win. I do not recommend you to try to play one of their games if you don't bring big bucks.
- Lacks of professionalism in all forms.

To sum it up, I do NOT recommend you to play any of Gamingo's or formerly known AeriaGames games. I also do not recommend you to volunteer to help this company.
If you do, don't expect any help or team feeling when managing one of their games.
After 8 years of volunteering for this game, the "thank you" received is getting kicked out of discord without further notice.
