It was fast and I was covered

Got gap insurance last week and Fiona couldn’t have been more helpful. A couple of days ago I found out that the car dealer had given me the WRONG registration number, so both my car and GAP insurance’s weren’t valid. I got hold of Fiona again, and she sorted it all out with the underwriter really quickly, she’s a star.

It was easy to take out th gap insurance and I had the gap insurance in under 10 minutes. Would have liked the option of taking 48 months instead of the maximum of 36 months

A quick response to my enquiry regarding GAP insurance which I was able to arrange straight away over the phone.
I was assured that a hard copy of the policy and it's details would be posted to me as I explained that I didn't have access to a printer. This has not been supplied.
It's difficult to have any confidence in the reliability of a company that can't supply the paperwork that they agreed to provide.

Have had gap insurance for near 2years purchased a new car so cancelled existing one, took new one out, had new car 24 hours my back went with awful hard seats, my Toyota garage where amazing let me get my previous car back as if I never gave it up carry on where I left off with finance company brilliant, but gap insurance said could not re instate it!! So no gap insurance know really upset by this

Having used gap insurance on my previous car which was written off in a drink related accident I was unfortunately involved in , The other driver was arrested at the scene , I spent 6 days in hospital with a head and chest injuries , Thankfully I had gap insurance , I was paid out fully within weeks , I was not able to drive for 10 months DVLA deemed The injuries sustained I should not drive , I’m now fit to drive have my new car , and I knew I straight away my
