5 star service & delightful products
I bought a Wise Owl plant stake from Garden Gifts, not knowing quite what to expect, and the item was delightful. In fact, I liked it so much that Iâve since bought another for a gift. The packaging was exceptional & worth the charge of £5.99. Delivery was speedy too.

Unacceptable delivery charge trap.
Unfortunately a good experience was spoiled by this company adverting free delivery when you spend over £40. I spent £67 but was still charged £5.99 for delivery. When I complained they said that the website is wrong and they are trying to get the free delivery advert removed from their site. Despite several emails they refused to refund me the charge. A few days later it was still on the site. For £5.99 they have ruined their reputation and lost a future customer .
