Please DO NOT SIGN UP for this program. They do not honor their end of the bargain. I was told numerous times that ALL of my previous physicians would be added to my care plan, only to have to jump through hoops constantly to get them added. They barely want to reimburse you after you have met your out of pocket expense. They blame insurance, or lack of communication, or wait times. Pretty much anything to avoid giving you the money they promised. DO NOT DO IT!!!! I cannot wait until this year is over so I can be done with Garner health.

Adds so much complexity to an already complex healthcare process. Chances are very low you'll get reimbursed for anything outside of your primary care visit. If the insurance claim shows any doctor outside of the one on your "care team" then you're out of luck. The problem is that you have no control over who your clinic puts down as the final doctor, especially if you're seeing a specialist or at an urgent care.

It's impossible to get the money that is coming to you... you have to jump through hoops you shouldn't have to. I'm still waiting on money I should have been paid out for 2025 that is now being ignored.

This app is just a paywall to your company's benefits. They claim they help find doctors in your region but it is just a user sourced list of existing care professionals. The "dispute" processes for unpaid submissions is straightforward but be ready to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME.

So easy to setup and use. Just add your care team that are in network and Garner manages the rest. It has help save so much money on copays. The Concierge team is very helpful and willing to research and answer your questions. Keep up the great work!

Quick response for all the time I have needed assistance

It seems odd to me that if my PCP is the head of the office, that all of his students at the same address is not automatically covered without me asking for it. It is tiring to have to keep contacting you to have new student doctors added to my account when they provide my care under his supervision. It would be nice to have the business or address added to my account instead of having to keep adding individual doctors under his supervision so I get reimbursed.

Garner health continues to use some "big data" model to determine my health care professionals. I want to choose my doctor or other health care provider, not be subject to your opinion of some Garner's choice of big data.

Garner has made getting setup and talking with someone so simple! Those I've dealt with have been extremely kind and helpful!! Everything happens just as Garner states it will! Couldn't be happier with Garner!!!

My refund was seemliest, once my claims were processed my deposited into my account.

Always super easy to contact a representative and get my questions answered. I’m never in the unknown about anything!

Being that I was new to Garner Health, I did not realize that I needed to add the provide to my network BEFORE I made an appointment. They were understanding and helped me get my network completed. They were very prompt with payment. What a great company to work with :)
