Marcus was punctual, friendly and carried out his duties efficiently. He was happy to explain what he had done, and I imagine he would also be happy to explain any issues if they had arisen. Would not have any problems having Marcus again next time we need a boiler service.

Gary was very polite when he came to do my gas safety check he also asked questions about my last check up with getting a new boiler put in he was very kind to show me how my thermostat works as it was set up wrong and explained to me how to use it and how it works witch I much appreciated

Gary McGowan repaired my boiler and did a great job, he was pleasant and informative and did a first class job. I would recommend Gary to help, you are lucky to have such a good engineer employed at your company.

Rory was able to diagnose the faulty cable within my kitchen straight away, after other companies failed to do so. He also advised me to upgrade my consumer unit to comply with industry standards. Recommended!
