Fantastic service with friendly and knowledgable staff. The guys were tidy and did an amazing job. We called them back and they came within a day to look at a slight leak on a radiator - all fixed. Honestly can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service!

I recently had a new bathroom fitted by Mike and the team, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. Great communication, timescales were met, and the finished product was exactly as I wanted and of the highest quality. Thank you, and we will be back when we get round to the en-suite!

Following my previous review, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my roof it has passed building control standards and has been through a harsh winter with no problems, this is just the last in a long line of excuses from Gas Safe. I have also been informed that the building control regulations stipulating that every tile needs to be fixed has been in place for 3 and a half years and get Gas Safe were not aware of them - this is unbelievable! I waited 2 weeks for Gas Safe to fix the damage they did to my roof, then I paid for the repairs myself, to date I have not been reimbursed.

No show, couldnt even inform me they could no longer service my boiler.

Needed to have our boiler serviced as I wasn't happy all was working as required. Was dreading being told something was wrong and face a big bill. Couldn't have been further from what happened. Engineer was arranged swiftly and for a very reasonable price. Pete turned up on the day, removed his shoes (without being asked), was polite, friendly and kept me informed on what was happening. Turned out all was ok and boiler just needed some adjusting. Great service would highly recommend.

Great service and fair price.
The control on our boiler failed between Christmas and New Year. The boiler was due an annual service in January so I telephoned Gas Safe Bristol, who had done the original installation, expecting to have to wait until the New Year. Instead they arranged for a technician to come the next day. He serviced the boiler and fitted controller parts, which I had purchased, for no extra cost. Great service.

Just had a boiler fitted to replace broken down old one. Gas Safe fitted almost immediately and at an incredible price. Their engineer was polite courteous and was a credit to his employer would highly recommend .

Great price, super communication and a very clean and tidy install.. Thanks guys, top job!

The Gas Safe Team always do a great job.
I have used them for years with maintaining heating systems at numerous property's.
They have recently undertaken the refit of my master bathroom and the work completed was second to none and I'm obviously very happy with it.

I work for an Independant Estate Agency and can say We have always received an excellent service from Gas Safe whether it's been on the Gas or the Electrical side of the business.

They have always gone the extra mile when stuck and moved works around to fit in urgent repairs or last minute requests for Landlod Gas Safety Checks or EICR'S.

The staff are always polite, helpful and friendly to both ourselves and our Landlords / Tenants. They will explain technical issues or give basic instructions on using the boiler / heating programmes etc

Certificates are sent via email from a property, once works have been completed.

They offer a key collection / return service and have not had to chase them for the return of any keys.

They are a well trusted company and would recommend them to anyone.
