Considering this was my first experience with applying for mortgages, Gatehouse have really been faultless. Especially my advisor - Rana Faza - she was incredibly patient and thorough as she explained each step of the process in a way to ensure I understood everything. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking an Islamic mortgage!

SUPER SLOW. The legal things from the bank takes forever. The offer is valid for 4 months which is about to expire and yet they didn’t finish their legal work. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

I was referred to Rana, a direct advisor at Gatehouse to walk me through the steps until the application submission. She explained the whole process to me step by step, answered any and all questions I had no matter how small and silly they seemed and was extremely patient and kind in her mannerisms. She arranged calls with me based on timings that I had preagreed with her and worked with me around my schedule to get things done. She was never late for a call, and if I had been busy or forgotten to upload something in particular she made to remind me and call me multiple times to ensure that I did the task on time to speed things along for me. I really appreciated that from her the most. She was very respectful and professional in any and all dealings and gave me advice on anything I required advice on to make things more easy for me to understand. She simplified complex terms for me and made it all manageable especially for a layman. Furthermore, she responded promptly through email to any queries I had which helped keep my mind at ease so I wasn't wondering about things for long. All in all great and easy experience. Would highly recommend gatehouse bank to anyone thinking of it and especially Rana. Thanks Rana for all your help, you have made my first house purchase an easy and seemless process.

I have been with them for quite a long time , since about 2022 and throughout our association I have found them to be excellent, not only with good savings rates but dealing with me personally. I am 88 now and cause them some problems which they deal with extremely pleasantly, patiently and of course efficiently. This is so important as I worry more now but I know I am in safe hands.
