Didn't receive policy instantly but was fixed quickly.
I made a payment, my card was charged, but I never got my policy confirmation until a few hours later when I reached out to support. I got worried at first but support was great and fixed a system error on their side relatively quick. I'll not down-rate it due to that as I'm very happy with everything else.

most definitely a scam as they have no number to contact, they dont share the underwriter, and i have contact them via their online support and email and asked about the underewriter and they are yet to respond. the final thing would be that i tried paying by credit card incase i was scammed, they just kept refusing it even though i tried multiple cards. STAY AWAY

To clarify, we do provide underwriting insurer information to customers who request it. We simply require a quote reference first so we can identify the specific quotation and underwriting route assigned to it.

Regarding the payment issue, repeated payment attempts can sometimes trigger temporary automated security checks from the payment provider, particularly when multiple cards are attempted within a short period. This can result in transactions being declined temporarily even where funds are available.
If you are still interested in proceeding with insurance through us, our team would also be happy to guide you through the payment process directly via email support.

Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff are were very patient with me. They helped me get all the digital side set up so I could register for a much better deal, and the price is really cheap in my experience. I’ll definitely be sticking with them! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Car got written off on a slip road, thought sorting the insurance would be absolute hell. But they were unreal. Easiest claim ever, no stress at all. Best insurance experience I've ever had, they really looked after me

Switched to Gate Insurance after my previous broker hiked my renewal up by a ridiculous amount. Got a noticeably better quote through Gate and the switchover was straightforward. Spoke to a very helpful chap on the live chat who walked me through the process. Cannot ask for more than that really.

The price was great and I have no complaints about the cover itself. I did find it a little tricky to get a response when I needed to make a small change to my policy. No phone line to call so had to wait on email which took longer than I would have liked. Sorted in the end and the person who helped was very pleasant. Just be prepared that it is all digital contact
