Had the awful experience of the sliding lock gearbox go on my front door and in today’s world can’t have a swing front door ! Tried all the usual high St suppliers and no luck,on the internet for ages found plenty much more expensive which wasn’t my worry just needed urgently ….suddenly GB DIY pops up ! Ordered wrong item online, my fault. Took door gearbox back as only half hour drive and the man was extremely polite and helpful. We did take the original for comparison and he quickly identified the correct one we needed. Immediate refund and new item purchased. Really good customer service and would definitely recommend

Second time I used GB DIY store. The handles are really good quality. Postage is fast. I was short delivered by 1 handle but a quick email resolved the issue and they sent me an extra handle. They all fitted really well and have upgraded the look of all My doors and windows. Website easy to navigate too, and check you have all the right fixings
