My package was order a month in advance to when I wanted it. It took them 2 months and I still haven’t received my package. If you don’t mind waiting half a year to get your purchase absolutely go for it. Otherwise this was quite a scam to me because I spent my money and still haven’t received my item.

Ordered on 11/28/2024. I never received my shoes. They created a label. On Dec 5 2024. Never sending out my shoes. Emailed company and the response “ They are now in transit to your location, so please keep your patience and let me know once you've received them.” I telling you the are not in transit because the carrier you are using has not received them. I know because I work for this carrier. Then I was told, They will update me about my product. Still no new update. Still don’t have my shoes. I am very disappointed more so because this was the only thing asked for. I don’t have time to deal with or even fine another company. I should have read the reviews first.

This place is absolutely amazing, thank you so much for the great shoes. I ordered a pair of mids that had the character happy on them from Fairytale. My partner loves them so much. The printing on the shoes were so crisp and clear. Worth the money. I will be buying from gear anime again.

The shoes I received are absolutely way too big. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this whole experience has been. I reached out to the company with the hope of resolving this issue, explaining the situation in detail. I told them that these shoes were a gift, and while they were tried on, they were never worn outside or used in any way. They were in perfect condition, pristine as the day they arrived. I asked if there was any possibility of exchanging them for a size that would actually fit. To make it easier for them, I even offered to cover the cost of shipping the original shoes back, just to show my commitment to solving this problem. Yet, despite my sincere efforts to make things right, they completely shot down my proposal. They didn’t even consider the possibility of an exchange or show any flexibility at all. It felt like my concern didn’t even matter. I’m left in disbelief—how could they treat a loyal customer this way? A simple gesture of understanding could have gone a long way, but instead, I’m stuck with shoes that are completely unusable, and they’ve left me with no other options. The response I received from them was utterly frustrating. Instead of addressing my concern directly, they sent me a generic message showing the sizes they offer on their site. As if that was going to help me! I already know what size I needed to order, and I certainly don’t need a rundown of what’s listed on their website. The issue isn’t the size chart; the problem is that the shoes they sell are bigger than what’s advertised. It’s not my fault that their sizing is so off, but now I’m stuck dealing with the aftermath of their poor product description and lack of customer support. Their response was completely unhelpful and left me feeling completely disregarded.

I had a problem of shopping for one pair and they nicely refunded it, also had a little problem with DHL, I had to pay 50€ of taxes but no big deal, fast answer and very kind

These shoes are incredibly cheap and feel like they are made of flimsy plastic. They are definitely not worth the high price this website is asking for. The image on the shoes is also not as detailed or crisp as the photo shows. If I could return them I absolutely would and I do not recommend this website.

If I could leave a (-) star I would. Package took over a month to get to my address and due to their system it removed my apartment # so USPS couldn’t deliver. After multiple times contacting customer services they stated in order to provide a refund it needs to be returned back to them. The package is now lost in USPS, my son never received his bday gift of shoes and I’m out over $100+. WORST CUSTOMWR EXPERIENCE EVER. Will never shop here again and suggest you do the same. You can get the same product via Amazon or your nearest Anime store at the mall.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for a US9 shoe and they sent a US12. They refuse to take any ownership of their mistake and now I am stuck with a pair of $70 crocs that no one can wear. Absolutely blown away that a company can operate like this.

I am very pleased with my order. I purchased a pair of DragonBall Z & Pokémon sneakers. The quality is very good & the images are amazing. They made the perfect gift for a birthday I attended. I am happy with the prompt response from the customer service team. My order was delivered faster than anticipated. I will be ordering again in the future!

I can't believe all these negative reviews I've seen! I've been ordering shoes for 5+ years now and will continue to do so! Out of all the orders I've made, I've had 1 issue. I ordered 2 pairs. 1 for me and another for my lady. When we recieved them, it was like the paint/ink hadn't dried completely before they boxed them. You could also see marks from the silver marker they use to make there construction placement marks. Also, they missed a letter in the characters name. It said "Ast" instead of "Asta" when I got in touch with customer service, they had asked me for pictures of the sneakers. They apologized for the mistakes and assured me they would make it right. 2 days later, I recieved tracking information from GearAnime, as well as, an email. They again apologized and told me not to worry. Keep the pairs of shoes that had been fumbled during construction and I would recieve 2 replacement pairs to make up for the mistakes! I now use the incorrect pair whenever I feel like it, keeping the newer, correctly done pair to wear during special occasions. I've purchased more than 30 pairs of shoes in all different styles and I love every pair I've recieved! Read the sizing chart before you order. I'm usually a size 9, but I've been ordering 8.5 and they fit perfectly! Thanks you GearAnime for bringing so much artistic creativity and attention to my feat! Can't wait for my next pair!!

I purchased these animated crocs I wrote customer service and asked them to exchange them or I want my refund back because the shoes is very plastic very light and very cheap and I am very pissed off. They sent them to me when they were three times bigger than the size I asked for I was told there’s nothing they can do about it so I guess I’m stuck with these shoes. I’m pissed off. Don’t sell false advertisement and say that you treat your customers right because you do not, I’m going to send these shoes back and I expect my refund back so I’m telling everybody who purchased anything from these people you got a big surprise coming to you because they act like they don’t have no money and they don’t want to give me back my $69 I paid for some cheap not an I sent crocs that they probably got from the $.99 store. I am pissed off .

my shoe order was exactly as pictured on the website and good quality. i ordered the correct size according to the websites size guide and they fit perfectly.

I ordered a product never got it and they giving me a hard time to give me a refund.

Ordered a size 9 which is what I always wear, their size 9 is way too big compared to other shoes! I sent a message just requesting a smaller size and got a message stating they don't do exchanges! Very unsatisfied with this company

They sent me a pair of size 11 men's and claimed they were size 9 women's there so big on me tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give me it bc they swear they sent the right size and they need to fix there shoe chart bc it's false advertisement when there not sending the right sizes very very disappointed ☹️

It appears i put in 2630 for my address instead of 2730 and the package was never delivered

My grandson is beyond thrilled!!! A friend told me about the sight. I have never ordered from Gearanima.com before so I was a little skeptical but let me tell you I am blown away! They are beautifully made and exactly as described on the website. We will be ordering his shoes from here from now on. Everyone at school keeps stopping him and asking him where he got them from.

My Shoes Arrived Today And My Son Loves Them ❤️ And We Ordered On July 31st And Received Them Today August 12th So Shipping Wasn’t To Bad.

Product was good quality and very nice. Comfortable and not so stiff to put on the socks on. I can't wait to get the matching shoes for them.
