So I just got the shoes in The Netherlands, I understand the complaints about the low quality. As of right now, my son loves them and they don't look bad. If you want shoes for on the daily it's not the best Quality. If you want shoes for special occasions and stand out in the crowd this are perfect.
Only thing that some designs would have worked better without the fake Nike print on emblem. It took 4 weeks to receive. This is not a fake review just knew that i was getting them for the special occasions. shoesize was correct.

Shoes were cute, but really cheap quality. They'll likely fall apart in a couple of months, but my daughter loves them and doesn't care, so we're keeping them. They print the Nike swoosh in the design, but they are definitely not Nikes, and not leather. Very poor quality. I won't spend $100 on their shoes again. I'd pay MAYBE $40 if I bought them again. They're not worth any more than that. The socks are also poor quality. They're very stiff with no stretch, uncomfortable fabric, and the print doesn't go around the whole sock in a cohesive image. They print a design on the front, there's a clear line where the images change, and then another print on the back. They also make my daughter's feet really sweaty. Wouldn't buy their socks again at any price.

These were my first order from Gearanime.com so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered shoes for a grandson. He was delighted with them. They were exactly as shown on the website. They were well made. They arrived within the specified window of time, as stated on the website. I would definitely recommend them. I would be happy to order from them again.

Horrible! I requested a size 12 and was sent a size 48 EU. Literally every single shoe chart I have looked at including Nike and famous footwear a 48 is a size 14 which is 2 sizes bigger than I wanted but they are the only ones that consider a 48 as a size 12 men’s. Can’t return or exchange even though they are the wrong size. These were a gift and my brother is a size 12 in crocs and they are giant be careful ordering clogs from them you’ll get sent clogs that are 2 sizes too big and get told it’s your fault and now stuck with an $80 purchase that won’t fit. Ridiculous!

I would love for this review to have been better being i was so excited to receive my pair of crocs. However after the shoes arrived which felt like forever i was very suprised with the quality of them compared to actual crocs, they feel almost like plastic. Also the size i ordered was not sent to me and i got what look like clown shoes. Have been reaching out to support for return options and have yet to hear back yet

The shoes were beautiful and as expected. However, the strap fastener (rivet) broke immediately - first time out in them.

Is my 3rd time ordering from this website and this time they send me the wrong nshoes size i ordered 2 pair of the clogs shoes and they send me a bigger size than what i ordered so i contacted the customer service and explain this situation and see if there is anything they can do for me because it was not my mistake it was there and their answer was that theres is nothing they can do about it that they can not the size table in every item and that i was supposed to look at that before ordering but the other times i ordered the samrs sizes and never had this issue before.. with this being said to me the meaning of good customer service is to offer the guest solutions not to make excuses... I am so dissapointed with them, I will definetely not order anything else from here

I’ve purchased four pairs of sneakers from Gear Anime and I have not been disappointed with the products. All designs and prints are crisp, it’s like wearing a comic panel on your sneakers. Love it 😍

They create their own size chart.
Their size 8 woman usa, for example, is about 2 sizes bigger. Correspond to size 10.
Their excuses os it is "custom chart".

They also have tpns of fake posit8ve review because they are ZERO sweet with customers.

So the Pros first. I received my package quickly and they responded to emails within 24 hours as stated. Now the Cons. I ordered the shoes for my wife and was very excited for her to open the box up. When she did I noticed right away that the shoes were very low quality. Kind of like Walmart quality shoes, so I was pretty disappointed that I paid so much for them, but she seemed happy, so I wasn’t too upset. I then noticed they were size 7 and I ordered a size 8, so they didn’t fit at all as they were super narrow as well. Long story short, when I inquired about exchanging the shoes for a size up, they gave me a list of things I needed to send them (picture of shoes and insoles with a ruler on top of them, etc), so I sent them the pictures they requested and the shoes were not worn at all, but they said they would not be able to exchange them for me, so now I’m down almost $100.00 and my wife doesn’t get her shoes. I was genuinely very surprised some people on here say the quality is good. It makes me think there are some fake reviews, but I’m not sure. Do yourself a favor and shop around a bit, do some research and don’t throw your money away. Best case scenario you get a mediocre pair of shoes, but there’s a good chance they won’t fit.

Quality shoes arrived in the specified timeframe by the company. They look amazing on and made one young lady very happy!

Sneakers are perfect, arrived in less than two weeks!

I am huge Sailormoon fan! I wanted to get an early Mother’ s Day gift for myself! I took a chance and custom made Sailor Mars sneakers. It arrived pretty fast. I tried them on and they look and feel like a dream!

Good quality products and they ship them in a timely manner. I've ordered 6 pair in the last 2 years and I have no complaints.

So I took a chance and bought some shoes. For a good minute I thought I got scammed because of the tracking number not being valid. It was supposed the be a surprise for my nephew to boost his confidence. Well I got them and I was like wth are those?!?! The custom name ( UZUMAKI ) was done VERY BADLY and the shoe size was smaller than I expected.Not happy for what I spent ugh. Like come on people do y'all not check the end product before sending it out!!! How do I add pictures to this????

I've ordered alot of shoes from this site and I love them. I ordered a hoodie from this site and never received it. I talked to customer service about it and they just told me that they sent it. They were no help. I tried to leave a review on their site and they won't post it.

The shoes look great and the package was amazing very well taken care of even with the shipping process causing small damage to my box the shoes were safe. Definitely will buy more stuff later.

I placed my order on feb.2nd it is now march 20th....still haven't received anything! Finally got a tracking number but it hasnt had any updates in a week.

The shoes are perfect. My son LOVES them. When we were concerned about shipping time and them possibly not fitting, customer service was right on it making sure we knew it would be taken care of if it came to that. Two thumbs up, across the board!
