Have ordered from Gear Anime many times and always had a great experience. Their selection is awesome. They are very good at keeping you updated on the process through processing and shipping, which is nice because sometimes it can take some time getting here overseas. The quality is always excellent! I can't wait to be my next pair!

The delivery took forever, the shoes I ordered arrived after Christmas and was sent the wrong sized shoe that I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Me and my husband have now sent 2 emails with no response. I just want my daughter to have the right size shoe that we ordered. She really likes the style!

The quality of the product was incredibly poor. Shoe was printed poorly, uneven, and makes the shoe look incredibly cheap. There were conversations with customer service and their response was that due to the type of shoe it was not possible to print the design which my response was why offer to sell all those products if you were aware of the inability to provide a good quality shoe? After asking me to provide pictures several times (which I did) they ultimately stopped replying after I showed them high quality photos of just how bad the shoes I received were.

I noted the pictures in the website showed the shoe was capable of being printed on fine and asked if they had quality control and why knowingly sell a product they knew was inferior (as they explained it was not possible to print on that type of shoe (YZ Shoe).

Poor quality. Poor experience. Poor customer service. I wouldn't call it a full on scam since I did get shoes but it's very clear they are passing low quality products and then just taking your money.

The entire sole came off at day 30 of wearing the boots.

Great quality. Characters I love. Easy of ordering. Arrived as promised.

My shoes came alot quicker than I had anticipated and were absolutely perfect looking and fit like a dream

Product was exactly as described, and shipping was faster than expected! I will be ordering from here again!

Terrible!!!! Never shipped and will not refund money!! Beware

I was skeptical on ordering, but so glad I did. My daughter loves her shoes. Shipping was much faster than I thought. I will order again. No complaints.

Fit well, reliable, and immaculate design

I got this small hoodie for my 10 year old son. We ordered in early December but the jacket didn't arrive in time for Christmas. It took exactly 30 days. Hoodie itself is of very high quality design and fabric. My son loves it and won't take it off.

I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes and 3 pairs of socks from this site for my 7 year old son and I absolutely love love love their product! So beautiful and quality is top notch! I definitely recommend this site to everyone. Thank you.

FRAUD! SCAM! DON'T BUY!!!!
I wish I read the reviews before expensive purchase.
If I could give a negative I would, so the best I can do, and other members of my son's Anime club, is to put bad reviews on every site I can find regarding this fraudulent wanna be business. My next intention is to file a complaint with the BBB although they are not members, obviously, I will inquire if you can still file a report. I blamed myself for the wrong size but after reading other complaints, I am sure they changed the size as another poster stated, and my post is a virtual mirror of other posts

No I don't understand. As you can see they barely touched the floor let alone put on someone's foot. People make mistakes and for as much as I saved up and paid you, one would think you would have good customer service, especially if you want to keep customers, which I have bought things from there before.

Add to that, these are not custom made to order, if they were then I would have been able to make it as desired, which I was not given that option. Here is the definition and link to customize,

Because I am sure I am not the only one who orders from you, there is no doubt that someone else will order these non-cusomized size 6.5 shoes.

Unless you fix this as it should be, I will make 💯 sure that my Anime lovers club does not order from you again and gives you bad reviews on every review site there is.

Hello,
I bought these shoes as a Christmas gift for my best friend. We exchanged gifts lastnight and discovered that they are not the right size, hence not being within the return time. I am not sure how this happened, perhaps it's the difference in size? I am willing to pay the return fee but please, please, allow me to exchange them for the anticipated size of 11.5 us. I really want this for my best friend and had to save up them.

I’m fixing my previous 3 star review. Shipping didn’t take as long as I thought. I ordered my first pair of shoes ever from Gear Anime about a week before Christmas, and they just got here today, Jan 4th. So counting the holiday rush and possible employee break days, all in all shipping speed was great. Especially shipping from Putian China to me in North Carolina😆and the shoes were an ACTUAL size 9 and looked just as cool and quality as it did online😁 Thank you Gear anime, my brother loves his Gundam chucks🔥

Arrived as described and are of decent quality.
I've had my shoes for a month now. They were stiff at first, like all shoes, but loosened up quickly enough and are comfortable to wear. I get comments on them every time I wear them. They're super cool to look at and the pattern print quality is very good.

DO NOT but any socks. The shoes are fabulous, the socks are trash. I got a free pair with my purchase and they can't even be used as rags, let alone clothing.

I'm in Australia so the shipping took over a month but I was prepared for this do it wasn't an issue. The customer service were also responsive both before and after the purchase.

Response time when sending them a question or request was very quick. This lets me feel like I'm dealing with someone responsible and who takes there business seriously. The packaging of their product was well done, I ordered 2 custom sweaters and they were packed where they stayed in a foldable shape. Sometimes i get things where it comes crumbled up and very wrinkled due to poor packaging.

Great product and quality. My daughter screamed joy for 30 minutes.

I bought these shoes for my daughter. She absolutely loved them. I did order the wrong size and realized I did moments after I made the purchase. I reached out to the company. They response very quickly and changed it to the correct size. (You do only have a short window to change your order)
Production time and shipping was really quick. I received them a lot sooner than I thought I would. I will definitely buy from them again.

I got my product as promised and i love it. We had good communication to fix my order as i had initially chosen the wrong style. The only thing constructive i have to say would be to work on fixing the issue with updating the tracking on the site. I emailed and got help to track my package. Thank you!
