The jacket looks perfect, even better in person. This is my second time ordering from Gear Anime and they haven't disappointed.

They made the wrong size (6.5) even though I said size 12 when I ordered them, then refused to replace them. That's over $100 down the drain for something I cannot even wear. Will not be ordering anything else from here horrible customer service and they steal from their customers when they mess up the order.

I had bought shoes there. Printing is soo freaking poor quality and low resolution. Totally different than on the photos. Cheaply stinking shoes worth max. 10 Euros with out "nice picture" costed me 90 Euros with "nice picture". Delivery was quick. Can't recommend.

Amazing shoes and amazing service. My son and daughter both loved their shoes. Brilliant colors and artistry. Such a great value.

I ordered a pair of demon slayer shoes. They took the money from my bank account but didn’t send me a confirmation email or anything and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t find my order. I lost $98…im still trying to figure out if they have my order if not I want a refund.

Ordered some shoes for my daughters 15th birthday. They sent an email that the delivery address I sent them was illegitimate.?? I tried contacting them to no avail. Use these scammers at your own risk.

Ordered the dabi from my hero academia bomber style jacket. It arrived in a fair time. The quality is so so as one expects from anime related content. I like how it looks.

But the issue I have is my jacket has blue marker on it. In a 13 or 31 like figure. It doesn't make sense why, one weird mark I could understand the tailor dropping a marker on it or something. This is on the lower white section representing his shirt. I don't want to try cleaning it off not knowing what kind of marking it actually is. I sent an email a few days ago, so far no reply.

Image of my profile shows it hard to see on a tiny image but should be noticeable. It was the one negative of an overall good week. Especially after getting other cool dabi stuff from other sources.

Update 2/13. Recieved a replacement jacket from them on the afternoon of 2/12, it had slightly darker colors but looked good, had no noticeable defects or stains/markings. Has a extra pocket on one of the sleeves with pen holders which the original didn't have but it's kinda nice.

After 40+ email requesting to exchange the very expensive shoes never worn for correct size after their system error in size and item selection, this company would not allow it.
I purchased this gift for my niece who has parents that don't have a lot of money and I even had to saved to get her something special for the holidays because she's a good kid. The shoes I selected Deku W8 when I press to pay completely changed to Kakashi. But because it's something that I knew my niece would still like, I let it be delivered thinking, oh it must be out of stock because they choose something else I looked at while on their site. Not noticing the size change also.I presented these beautiful shoes for the holidays and it didn't fit my niece who was sad. I immediately on Christmas Day email the company saying that the shoes had not been worn and just needed to exchange for a different size and could send them back. These shoes are not custom size guys. This company could have been kind and made it easy to just have me return them and send me another size but they wouldn't budge after 40+ emails later.
So be warned even with their own system error they will not allow return of shoes no matter what your situation maybe even if it was there error they will deny it.

Don't do it. If I had 1 reason I have 10. Wrong shoe, wrong size. Customer service says let me check factory. Why would you need to check factory for an obvious error. It's simple, look at order look at customer complaint. Fix error and customer returns shoe. Terrible service seems to be the norm now. Find a better and reputable company, DO NOT BUY

I wasn’t sure if I could trust the website cause there was so little about them, but I decided to risk it and order from them. I’m so glad I did, because the 2 pairs I ordered came in perfectly! The sizes were correct and the details in the shoes were awesome! I’m not sure about the how long they will last with the quality but if you want some cool Anime collectors shoes these are perfect. I’m so happy with them.

If you're like me, you found this site randomly while browsing for anime merch. I took the risk and bought from them, and while I can confirm that they're legit, I will leave a couple of warnings.
The first is that shipping takes an unholy amount of time. One pair of shoes took a little over a month to arrive.
Second is the quality. While the shoe itself seems fine and they did send it in the right size, I can't tell of its durability, especially with its laces. I've yet to wear them around, but when I first went to untie them to try them on, the aglet of a lace snapped loose. If you're gonna buy from these guys, get some replacement, high-quality laces to replace the stock ones.
If you're fine with these terms like I am (a pair of replacement laces from Vans are super cheap), take the plunge.

You steal designs [Definitely seen these designs elsewhere on the internet] and intellectual property, charge a hefty price, and the shoes don't even last a year. Heel is already busting out on my Gengar Air Jordan sneakers along with chipping paint and the insole is made of such poor material it remembers and reminds you of every smell your feet have ever had. I work an office gig so, as much as I'm sure the first instinct is to blame me for....y'know..."walking"...I assure you I didn't do anything that would cause these things to be screwed after less than a year.

I only gave them 2 stars because at one time they were dope shoes.

I took a risk and ordered custom shoes from this company as a gift for a friend. The website did seem a tiny bit sketchy, but they are legit. The shoes came out really, really nice and they kept me informed throughout the customization and shipping process. I am very likely to order from them again. They have some really nice, unique designs. I ordered about a month ago and she received them today, so it might take awhile but for me it was totally worth it!

Ehhhhhhuhhhh, I mean I got the product, but im extremely disappointed by the quality of the shoes. This isn't a full on scam since you do get the product, but it is just a product from aliexpress shipped to me. Im not saying they are bad, im just saying that my friend got the same shoes from ALIEXPRESS!! For 20 bucks. Thats bs, these are not custom made shoes it just takes forever since it's coming from China. Severely disappointed and will think twice before buying "custom" shoes. Save your 100 bucks and just buy them from aliexpress or save more to get real custom shoes

I was stumped looking for something special for my Husband for a joint anniversary and birthday present for him until I stumbled on the Gyro Zeppeli shoes on Gearanime.com. Wow. They looked so amazing and detailed I couldn't believe it, they were too good to be true. I looked at the reviews of other items on their site and it all looked true to advertisement so I decided to take a risk and order them. They are custom made to order so there is a waiting period before shipment however they were very good at keeping me updated whenever an update was ready. They even sent an email apologising for the delay (still well within their usual production time) to say they had not been up to quality and were ensuring we received a high quality item. They were shipped the next day and arrived within 4 business days of that email. Which given living on the Isle of man, there are deliveries from the UK I have had to wait over a week for, I was extremely impressed. Then my husband opened them and tried them on. They are super high quality, the prints do not appear or feel that they will fade or damage easily. They are true to image and my husband has said they are extremely comfortable. We will be buying all our nerdy shoes from them in future!
