I bought an android phone (Leioa P32) from Geek which took time to set up as I needed help. After I had been using it for a little while it started going slow, and seemed to have a mind of it's own. (I at first assumed my broadband might be the problem and sought to resolve this). Then messages and sites popped up on my phone that I hadn't asked for.The thumb print security allows anyone to access my phone.
I took it to a reputable phone repair shop to be advised that it was a fake phone and these messages were designed to harvest my details. I was advised to switch the phone off and not use it again.
Of course, it is over the time limit to return and refund.
The response from Geek and Wish has been generic on the rare occasions I've had a response.
I'm an old man and it took me a while to save up for this 'new' phone. My advice is to not buy anything from these companies. I certainly won't be again.

I don't know if I should comply but I need a reply to this question, if you placed an order of limited quantity deal and the next day they should processing date but later after 10 day forcefully refunded you and others item wish use to have day of processing was removed
How can I solve this issue

Afte waiting over 2 months for items I request a refund only to.be told they will refund shipping only and ask you wait another month for delivery. If I remember I can gk.back and ask for item refund. But if you wait too long (more than 30 days) they take that option. Away and you cant get refund any longer. I threatened to sue because they cant keep money for items not sent. They immediately refunded my costs at that time. So if they try to not refund threaten them with legal action and they will refund ASAP. GOOD LUCK. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have experienced my own rip off with these thieves.. But its something they do I expect is a common practice with many buying apps. that concerns me.
When they give a return if they do it is rarely complete and the pennies here and dollars there add up to a fortune...also what about all the interest they make on held money even when they give a return they do this with thousands of people it adds up to one pile of interest...our money these crooks need to be shut down and disolved thru a class action lawsuit.
If anyone agrees please contact me lets see how many want Justice.

durch mangelhafte Verpackung oft defekt.
Teile die man gerade gekauft und bei denen man die Bezahlung eingeleitet hat, werden nach ca. 2-4 Std. als nicht lieferbar storniert, Die Zahlung muss mit Mahnung über Klarna trotzdem geleistet werden, man bekommt das Geld nicht zurück obwohl man keinen Artikel erhalten hat. Wenn das weltweit so geht, wieviel Millionen macht diese Fima dann, ohne Ware zu liefern?

Lost 60$. I never received the item and Geek are not taking their responsibility. They are not reimbursing for an item they never delivered.

Was ich im gegensatz zu den meisten sagen kann, ich habe bisher tonnenweise produkte bestellt von x-beliebigen/m verkäufer/shop. die waren kamen fast alle immer an, sonst gab es jedes mal geld retoure (habe bisher jeden CHF zurück erhalten, sogar schneller und unkomplizierter als ebay/amazon), auch wenn ein produkt defekt war oder sogar von der farbe her ein wenig unterschiedlich aussah (z.b. hellgrün statt dunkelgrün). finde es nur schade dass die meisten bilder auf denen produkte präsentiert werden, bearbeitet wurden, damit die produkte schöner aussehen.

Ich weiss wirklich nicht was die meisten user hier für probleme haben. meistens liegt es an sich selber. man kann aber immer den gegenüber für etwas verantwortlich machen, weil ich habe mich bisher über wish/geek nie aufgeregt.

You place an order and pay then 3 weeks later it’s cancelled they still have your money for a further 3 weeks, while you chase them. Stay well clear this company are scammers.

Fanme et møg firma. Der er lige blevet trukket 2 beløb fra min konto, til trods for at jeg INTET har købt. Godt nok er det kun 2 gange 25 kr, men det er princippet i det. Nu er mit kort spærret, og jeg opfordrer til, at alle holder øje med deres konto.

Sur Wish je suis souvent déçu par la qualité des produits sauf pour des choses simple rideau de douche, ampoule.. de plus le délai de livraison est beaucoup trop long, plus d'un mois d'attente pour un article à 1€ et le prix de la livraison dépasse celui de l'article bref pas génial.

Order nothing from Wish! Wish is a crook club. You first pay everything, a few months later you receive an invoice with a threat if you pay nothing comes a bailiff. Let these scammers choke! Order nothing!

1. Telephone support - no one pick up the call.
2. Bad quality products
3. The majority of the products take at least three weeks overdue/more than a month to arrive.

Being your customers and due to time-sensitive issues, we still prefer telephone support, especially we already made purchases online but might have a question or urgent issue with the products.

The wish support assistant is automated and response to the same thing which I don't find it very helpful.

My order arrived broken, sent a picture as instructed an the
next day all my money had been refunded to my paypal account,
no questions ask by them and no hassle with a return, thats 5 stars

I've order about 100 items over the last 2 years from Geek or Wish. The shipping costs are going up but overall I am really happy with the things I've ordered. I like shopping on the site. Some of the items (purses, backpacks, zippered organizers, small bluetooth speakers have been awesome) clothes are a bit harder to judge due to sizing differences between Canada and even between brands also fabrics can be lighter that I expected. When I say it hasn't been delivered I"ve gotten the refund no problem. I'm a happy shopper and with the low prices hey I get what I pay for and more.

I ordered a pair of nike shox, and i was sent 1 kids shoe in the mail. When i tryd to get a refund i was told that i had abused the return policy. Which i haven't, they then made me make an appeal just to get a refund for the shoes. This process takes 5 to 7 days apparently, DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM WISH. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF EVENTUALLY. It doesn't matter how muh money ive spent with wish. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Wish and Geek are 100% Scammers.. first they removed the request a refund button... 1st scam is the popular item advertised at way below retail price. ( it never existed ).. 2nd scam. the 3 week delivery date and the shipping fee that is equal to whatever the price of your purchase is.. ( costs more than overnight airfreight ) and when the three week delivery mysteriously changes to 4 months and then eventually never arrives or if it does , it not what was pictured or is not what was ordered .even the fake prices to show how much of a saving you make shopping with them are totally absurd .. and now I can't get my money back. . But they gave me geek cash.. wth? is geek cash... they wanted $45 Australian shipping fee to post 4 micro sd cards.. that says it all..

SCAM, FRAUD, LIARS.
I have ordered many things online FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES, and have NEVER had problems like I had from this company.
Apparently in August (according to their customer support which is an automated bot and anyone who says otherwise hasn’t got a brain cell to their name) the weather may cause delays. And if I hadn’t had an item by (choose a random date here, sometimes 3 days ago!) then to contact them.
I waited 4 months for products that would be with me within 2.
It was all very badly made, I didn’t expect quality, but a watch with a plastic strap that looks chrome and can’t be adjusted? Seeds with no names on the packets? Orders that just don’t turn up? Clothes that are no way the size as advertised, at least 3 sizes too small.
I could not login because I used Facebook to sign into their site originally and when I received notifications of a “question about my order” I couldn’t access it as their app doesn’t work (the FB button isn’t actually a button, just a picture) and couldn’t log in using an email as I did not supply one. It took another 6 weeks of complaining about the same, each time a different person telling me I needed to open a complaint and they couldn’t do it, to eventually get a refund. Each time I said I would never buy from them again and each time I was offered their exclusive currency as an alternative. Really?
It is by a country mile, the worst online shop I have ever encountered.
Save yourself the hassle and just flush your money down the drain. Then stand their staring at it for around 4 months expecting it to come back.
