I purchased a Web Cam and two tactical flashlights at reasonable prices in early June with promissed delivery in July. They charged my account immediately. Now, mid July, they are telling me my products will not be shipped till September!

They do not provide the ability to cancel a seriously delayed order. Other reviewers claim they adhere to the 30 day FTC shipping mandate for online orders. Not the case with my orders. It has been over 30 days since they billed my account and my products have not shipped.

I order a 2t hdd, and it was DOA.
After that my account was no more accessible thus impossible to ne refounded. 1 IS to food -10 IS better.

Having bought an unsatifactory misrepresented and faulty product I returned it, but they only refunded the card payment and not the token - there as a result of a previous cancelled order.
There contact system takes you round in circles - round and round you go with no hope of success.
I will be getting my card company to cancell the complete payment.

Warning - this is a very very bad company - with a bad website, and BAD BUSINESS Practices.

Assistenza commerciale INESISTENTE, Niente di peggio nell' ecommerce ! Non comprate mai nulla. Se per caso qualcosa non funziona o si rompe dopo i 30 giorni previsti per il recesso , non c'è modo di ottenere assistenza !!! ALTAMENTE  SCONSIGLIATI SONO INAFFIDABILI AL 200%. Nel mio caso: hanno ritirato un tablet CHUWI che si è rotto dopo un paio di mesi e non sono in grado ne di ripararlo ne tantomeno di restituire i soldi !!! Veri ladri! ChatBot online ... semplicemente ridicolo!

Ai commandé 200 m d’élastique . Un mois plus tard je reçois 2 boîtes de gants plastiques(200 paires) . A la commande, il n’est renseigné nulle part qu’il faudra payer des frais de douane. Résultat , ma commande s’élevait à 16 euros frais compris et j’ai du payer 38 euros à la réception. Total 54 euros perdus pour une marchandise que je n’ai jamais reçu. Impossible de réclamer et faire valoir ses droits. Un site malhonnête!

False advertising. Unethical vendors. 2-Pack I ordered was actually a 1-pack. Getting totally ignored by Wish customer service, which I think is part of their game. Unethical. Avoid.

Das meiste kommt gar nicht an oder ist defekt. Der Liefertermin wird ständig nach hinten verlängert. Nicht zu empfehlen

Qualcosa arriva altre cose non so che fine hanno fatto e altre risultano consegnate e non riesco a dire che non le ho ricevute io non so come fare e non si riesce a contattare nessuno però i pagamenti sono rapidi e il servizio che non serve

I have maybe five or six items that I ordered in the beginning of May maybe around May 2 to May 5. It said all of my items would be delivered around May 22 at the latest and I thought OK I can wait that. Well yesterday came and all of the ones that were supposed to arrive got moved to June 5 and 6th. I completely understand that COVID-19 has completely wrecked the shipping and handling of packages and what not. I figured though since this is kind of a main stream shopping app they would have my exact date of arrival. Well I kind of got angry and I wanted a refund back on an item that I want so bad and can’t wait for and now I have to wait till the beginning of June. I wasn’t the nicest by asking for a refund but at the same time I think that it should be refundable if it’s not given the time that they say. If they would’ve said June 6 when I first ordered then I would’ve been prepared for that but they keep prolonging.I just want some sort of feedback of when I’ll get my items or if I’m gonna get them at all if not I want my money refunded back into my bank account. I like geek and wish I think they have great stuff and some of the products can be cheap but you get what you pay for. I understand it’s overseas delivery and that can be a task and especially right now but feedback and updating me on an exact date of when I’ll get my products would be awesome.

Used my credit card to buy an item. 10 days later they used the card for 5 fraudulent charges. I ended up having to cancel the card.

Vorrei sapere se dovessi comperare una tuta o felpa o bermuda che taglia esattamente dovrei prendere da wish poiché io di solito indosso una 48/50 italiana , giusto per capire bene

There is a new scam with Wish that I came across and now I am in the process to try to get my money back. It seems that merchant within Wish.com they found a loophole and they abusing it. They put items in really low prices and then they shipping them to an address which is not yours. This getting marked then as delivered item and you can not try to claim your money back until after the supposed delivery date that shows on Wish.com (order updates page), no matter how much proof you have to say that they item delivered but definitely not to you. I live in Kent , UK and the last two items I purchased , one delivered 450 miles away from where I live (different address and different name on the package according to the delivery companies responses (when I tried to trace them by email). Wish.com will still ask me to wait until after the delivery date to try to claim my money back . Unfortunately wish.com is no longer a site that you can trust as they do not seems to control their merchants and making sure that if you order something you can feel that you can trust to come. After I try to get my last 2 orders refunded ...I will no longer use Wish.com....and neither should you. if you need to contact me , feel free to email me at d.moudatsos @ me.com

Costa poco vale meno.
I primi acquisti sono stati di mirabolanti chiavetta usb da due Tera a pochi euro, e gruppo di 5 sd da 64gb l'una sempre ad un prezzo stracciato. I prodotti non erano conformi la chiavetta era da 4 GB e le schede erano da 8 ma difettose il tutto provato con software specifico per testare le memorie perchè nelle macchine fotografiche risultavano i dati proclamati dal venditore. Comunque un test semplicissimo da fare è di copiare una trentina di GB sulla memoria se ad un certo punto va in errore la scheda è taroccata.
Comunque a quel prezzo me lo aspettavo e ho ricevuto rimborso. Non vale la pena cercare affaroni non ce ne sono.
Ho acquistato nel tempo parecchie inutilerie quasi divertenti ma devo dire sempre di qualità molto bassa(paghi poco..). Il 19 febbraio ho acquistato uno schermo da proiettore ma non essendo convinto della qualità ho annullato l'ordine subito lo stesso giorno. Non hanno spedito nulla per loro no era un danno.. , Dopo questo acuisto ho acqustato due auricolari bluetooth (pessimi) e un multipresa hdmi gli auricolari sono arrivati ma l'hdmi no. Svariate volte mi hanno scritoo chiedendomi se era arrivato e ogni volta mi chiedevano di avere pazienza cosa che io ho fatto almneo 3 volte. Oggi controllo ..siamo al 5 aprile... e mi dicono che è troppo tardi per richiedere un rimborso il termine ultimo era il 22 marzo.. A quel punto ho contattato l'assistenza e ho scoperto che il mio account era segnalato per troppi rimborsi..! 2 evidenti truffe e un annullamento di un ordine 5 minuti dopo averlo fatto . Per questo motivi ho disattivato l'account e scritto questa recensione ...C'è di meglio
