Wat aankomt is leuk spul, maar te vaak komt er niets :-( Wel snel en netjes geld teruggave!

Esperienza positiva. Ho acquistato tantissimi oggetti. Le spedizioni sono lunghe ma ciò è specificato nella finestra delle spedizioni (almeno 1 mese), ma se ritardano rispetto alla data indicata e non arrivano si può chiedere rimborso che viene disposto materialmente in massimo 24h ( anche 12h !!). Ho sempre avuto i rimborsi per cui chi dice il contrario confonde il sito con altro simile. Se poi il prodotto arriva resta a te come specificano nelle mail. Servizio clienti ineccepibile.

After I completed and sent 2 orders to Geek Wish. I found there is no real way to contact them. They have no Customer service number too speak to, a person, not even that lady from India that can barely English from ATT. Even if I get my order as promised, I will never try to do business with them. They lost my trust!!!

I'm sorry, but 90+ days for a shipment to Canada is not acceptable. And it has happened multiple times. So don't trust their "will arrive by" estimates. Once you give them money, you have to wait, and wait....and wait...

J'ai fait un achat sur Geek et un sur Wish. J'ai effectué le paiement par paypal pour les 2 sites : résultat des courses : remboursement au bout de 2 jours de mes achats. Je pense qu'ils n'apprécient pas que l'on ne donne pas son numéro de carte bleue

Ho acquistato numerosi oggetti più volte e posso confermare la professionalità e la correttezza del sito Geek /Wish.Mai nessun problema ne prima ne dopo l'ordine ,se la merce non arriva rimborso entro 24 ore. Servizio clienti ineccepibile per velocità e cortesia. Qualità /Prezzo del venduto buono purché non si esige la luna nel pozzo. Continuerò a comprare da Wish/Geek

Bought a 2Tb USB 3.0 flash drive, that turned out to be a fraud.
Wish sell 'hacked' flash drives from China. The problem is that hackers has changed a log file that makes the flash drive think it has more memory than it does. When you receive the drive, if you right click and go to properties it will display a larger amount of memory than it really has- so when you put data on it that exceeds it's actual memory, old data will be deleted.
This problem is nearly impossibly for the average Joe to detect because the flash drive looks and works normally- until it's memory is filled.
They sell these fake flash drives at a discounted price from the real ones and hope that no one notices. Or, by the time anyone notices, they’ve made their money and you’re the sucker with a defective drive.

Kenties jokin tiivis luettelomuotoinen tilanneraportti yhteenvetona omista avoinna llevista ja vanhosta kaupoista olisi minulle mieleinen, nytkin kymmeniä avoimia hyvin pienistä kaupoista (X Eur) isompiin (XYZ Eur) on vireillä. Yksittäisistä kaupoista seuranata on aina tilauksesta tuotteen vastaanottamiseen ja mahdolliseen eritttäin toimivaan peruuttamiseen ja viiveettömään asiakaspalveluun jopa maksupautukseen asti kokemusteni mukaan ollut kyllä parasta mitä ikinä olen kokenut.
