#LX20211016-980 My order number! I am currently waiting on a refund because many issues occurred. Firstly, I had a 4 pm deadline and they ask to extend it. I made it clear that my project was due midnight and if it’s late it was 50% off and (it was worth 33.3% of my grade), after I received something at 4, I was extremely disappointed, my files were not being updated by the task manager and I cancelled my task and asked for a refund by 8. They said they would process a refund to my card. Then however they said they were revising. I told them no I was already working on it myself and didn’t want their help. I just wanted the refund. I asked for a refund to my card several times. Then they still sent me stuff at 12:32 am way past the actual due date. I didn’t use anything they provided, obviously and did it myself. Learned a valuable lesson to do the work myself, because that’s what I ended up doing anyways. Now I am out 200$ and they double charged (minus the deposit) me so really more like 300$ and won’t be able to spend any more Bc I don’t have any until this is fixed and refunded. Worst experience. Like a nightmare 😭 I’ll update you if they actually refund me. I called to dispute the charge on my card, but can’t for 30 days.

This was one of the best sites I have used everything was done perfectly and on time the communication was awesome and they were always very fast to respond to me when I had questions or updates.

Request was for a five page power point with 300 words of speaker notes and a few brief bullet points. The speaker notes and bullet points were the exact same paragraphs which was 80% copied from uncredible Google articles with many grammatical errors. The paper was delivered to me three hours late and the cost was outrageous over 300 for a rush job. I am very dissatisfied and will not be using them again for a last minute final assignment. I had to spend money and time for this. Also after downloading the PowerPoint my computer kept freezing and I had to factory reset it.
For the price I expected to get a top notch product but it looked like the work of a seventh grader.

Due to my busy schedule I have appreciated the help. Good marks on the work.

Geekly hub did not help me on anything, they basically screw my last chance to get a good grade.
Okay I requested this yesterday at 9 am the full amount for the assignment was 145.30$ which I paid fully, the requested assignments were almost half through worked by me, the geek that worked on this her name is Kate K. Did not complete most of them, got me a failed grade in 2 of them and failed to deliver on time. First strong point I hired this service to complete my assignments as perfect as they could be and their employee did not even care to finish most of them that were already more of halfway worked through, secondly I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE TO GET THE WORK DONE AT 5 PM! And IT WAS NOT DONE UNTIL 9 PM wish these BAD Grades, by me trusting This EMPLOYEE I DID NOT SEARCH FOR ANY OTHER METHOD TO GET THIS DONE PROPERLY BYMYSELF which left me at 9 pm with no other possible solution. i requested a full refund they still charged me more than half of what I paid for an incompetetent service that left me with no other option. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Sadly I can not give 0 stars on an experience, but here is my experience with GeeklyHub:

I have placed several orders with them in the past and this one was nothing new. I ordered with a top preferred geek a 2-3 page paper in APA style format. I provided a template, a writing prompt, and event a textbook chapter, and the citation for the textbook chapter.

What I find as my essay was returned a week later was that they did not assign my task to that geek or any top geek and instead assigned it to someone who looked up the writing prompt on papersmarketplace.com and purchased that paper. The paper sent to me cited this exact paper and provided me with the same paper but with very minor edits (WHO CITES A STOLEN PAPER?!)

When I discovered this I contacted them furiously as I had a deadline on this assignment, and was told that I had to make a revision request. 3 revision requests later and I ended up with the same paper that makes no sense and is plagiarized.

I demanded a refund and they originally agreed and then refused stating that they will not give me one since they had given me a refund on assignments before. Their reasoning is they wanted a plagiarism report, but I gave them the paper that was stolen (THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR A PLAGIARISM REPORT) and gave them the link to where they can purchase the paper.

I contacted my bank and am getting a full refund.

Absolutely horrible. I provided a template, detailed instructions, and even provided the needed references for my assignment and it was done incorrectly. When I got the work back I immediately requested a revision and was returned the same assignment. I then requested another revision and again got the same assignment.

Clearly this company doesn't check who they hire or look at what's sent to the customer because they would be able to see that the work done incorrectly.

Extremely poor, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
If there was less than one star,I would have chosen that.

I clearly wrote down the instructions, and none of them were followed. I had to pay $170 for a poor and useless presentation, which was completely off topic.
When I reached out to their QA team, they were unhelpful, unfair and biased. They did not want to refund any amount, and did not even want admit their mistake.
They just kept escalating my complain, from one person to another, and just kept rejecting my claim.

Extremely poor (not just the quality of work but the customer service as well) would not at all recommend it.I would suggest rather doing it in your own, or hiring a 5th grader to do it for you.

Your team has solved the issue by refunding $109 to my geekly account,and not by refunding the entire amount to my original mode of payment.
I don't know what I will do with refund in the geekly account,since that can only be used for a future assignment. And this was after asking again and again to refund it to my original mode of payment!!!!!

Great. I have had more good than bad experiences but there were some Geeks that did not do a complete job and made me very unhappy with the work received. Overall, some of the Geeks were wonderful and very helpful. The GeeklyHub managers are always on top of their game and assist as much as they can when answering and asking questions. The prices may vary and I think they are more on the expensive side. Hopefully they include discounts for frequent users soon and fix the prices. Otherwise, it is a great online tool for a time crunch or if you are struggling and need assistance.

Geekly pulled me through a cram season.. there is no way..no way I could of kept the course load up while maintaining my GPA... THANK YOU Geekly

Reliable and good communication also. Reasonable pricing.
