I had a broken laptop display. I checked first with another company, but they were not able to find replacement display. Geeks callout found the part, delivered it from overseas and managed to fix my laptop. All was done within 8-9 days. They also got my laptop from home and then returned it back. They kept me updated.

I have just got off the phone with one of your technicians after struggling to fix my problems for months. The very fact he logged on remotely fixed my software glitch (it was a security problem, apparently), and it immediately worked without the engineer having to do anything! I needed to fix my PC, as it was heating up and not working properly.
Geeks Callout answered me instantly through the website's chat, and were able to take my PC from my home (!!) and give it back within.. a day - all fixed up!!
They even went the extra mile of organizing my harddrives.
This is a perfect service if I ever saw one.

Using the chat functionality on the website led to an immediate quote and confirmation that the work could be done immediately. The laptop was picked up, screen repaired and returned, all within one day. Fantastic friendly service. I definitely recommend Aamir and the team at Geeks Callout.

Phoned re problems with Goggle crashing on my computer. Online engineer was Aamir. The problem took about 2 hours to fix but he was polite, helpful, and reassuring and made a useful suggestion for possible further improvement of the computer. I am very satisfied with the service.

Aamir was very quick and helpful over email and got my iMac upgrade turned around extremely quickly. iMac is now performing better.

Excellent service. Cracked screen on laptop. Called in the morning and Aamir was able to pick up same day, fix the screen and return that same evening. Laptop looks same as before the break and works perfectly. Great communications too. Very pleased and would recommend and use again

Called them up and explained that much pc had stopped working. Told them I thought it was a hardware issue. So they came to pick it up. They were very clear about the pricing over the phone and their procedures which is great. They picked my PC up that day. I got a call the next day and they had found the issue and told me about the part that needed to be replaced and gave me 2 options, another of the original or an alternative, I chose to go for the original. They had it back to me a few hours later. It’s working perfectly and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great turn around and great customer service

MacBook recovered from liquid damage. I have been too scared that I might lose everything, but these guys are amazing. They not only got my MacBook working again but also it was exactly as it was before the liquid damage. Brilliant service!!!

Great service, had my laptop collected from my house, repaired and returned within a few days. Would have been nice to have a bit more communication of it been received as I was worried when I hadn't heard anything but all in all I was very happy with my laptop on return.
