With the exception of how long it took to get to me, I am very pleased. Installing one of these is never easy with the reverse angle Allen wrench you have to fight with, but I got it installed and it works like a charm.

Order was easy to place . ring was delivered and packaged well ..product is really pretty.

I purchase a mental health wellness journal which took a month to receive. The item was insufficiently packaged and arrived damaged. The biggest disappointment is the product does not match what the offering is on the website: it is a lot smaller than shown, the images on the website shows that you can colour the cover in yourself which you can't as the cover is printed on gloss paper. The inside page consist of 2 different pages that have just been repeated throughout the journal instead of different variations. I paid full price for the item and what I received is not worth a fraction of the price I paid. After placing the order, I received an email offering me a discount to spend on my next order which I am glad I did not use, as I will not be ordering ANYTHING from this site again. I have reached out the the customer service which seems to be in China and clearly there is a language barrier as I provided images and details for my unhappiness and they have offered me $2 refund. I explained again I wanted a full refund and was happy to return the item to China after which they offered me $5. That wouldn't even cover the shipping cost to return it let alone what I paid for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. MISLEADING PRODUCTS AND A RIP OFF. LEARNT MY LESSON THE HARD WAY UNFORTUNATELY!"!!!

I got these for my child who needed new shoes and he is starting basketball soon for the winter time. We are extremely pleased with these shoes, they fit well and he says they are very comfortable. Very pleased and they ended up being cheaper than expected by 20$ there was a sale or something or a coupon I can’t remember which but I was really happy with saving some money. I would have paid the full price though, well made and well worth the money.

First off these boots are very heavy in your hands but don’t let that put you off! They are super cute on and where as some Docs need breaking in, these did not and I wore them all day! Cute with jeans or a dress!

Found these for our granddaughter who wanted to be surprised. I was thrilled to see the rhinestone on the velcro strap, she's going to love that lil' accent. These sneakers are so cute!

I bought these for moungtain golfing because the grass is often wet in the morning. Thse have a plastic look to them but they look fine and my feet stay dry. Most important they are very comfortable!
