Excelente atención

Venta 100% personalizada, muy amables. Me ayudaron en cada paso del proceso de compra. Estuvieron atentos del envío desde que salió de la tienda hasta que llegó a casa. No tengo ni una sola queja. Excelente!

Muy amables y atentos en todo momento

Muy amables y atentos en todo momento. DHL metió la pata con aduanas y Sofia de Geneve Company, super atenta siempre, me estuvo informando hasta que me llegó el tag heuer, 3 dias mas tarde de lo previsto, pero gracias a su preocupación e intervención con aduanas, se solventó el problema mucho más rápido. Seguro que vuelvo a comprar en esta joyería.

Hola

He comprado recientemente un Tagheuer y salvó un incidente en el envio, en absoluto achacable a Geneve sino a la incompetencia de DHL, debo decir que el trato ha sido fabuloso. Volveré a comprar y lo recomendaré sin ninguna duda. Buena tienda y excelente profesional.

Great sellers

Great atention to customer. They found a rare reference of montblanc and they communicated from the beginning it would take a 5 week lead time, so communication has been fluid from the start. Great professionals
