Aunque el trato por parte de la vendedora haya sido siempre afable, en general, la experiencia resultó ser desagradable . El jefe “invisible” que nunca da la cara y solo se limita a dar órdenes por teléfono, dio en mi presencia la autorización para pagar un depósito (sobre un precio acordado) y cuando llegó el reloj pedido, cambio de opinión y me dio dos opciones: o me lo llevo sin descuento o no me lo vende (suponiendo esto una diferencia de 1320€ respecto al precio reflejado en el justificante de pago del depósito). La deshonesta forma de actuar del jefe me parece lamentable.

A pleasure to shop there
The shop assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. The shop was very clean and tidy and products on offer were considerable and displayed to their best vantage. Warranty on the item purchased 24 months with what would appear to be a no hassle follow up if needed.

Watch purchased in Gran Canaria
The service received from Mohit in store was excellent. There was a slight error in communication with an incorrect email address being used but this was corrected immediately, as soon as he was made aware. I would certainly recommend Geneve. Excellent customer service.
