We have reviewed your order #342715. According to our store records, you purchased the $15.99 tier explicitly listed for 62,500+ Stellar Jades, which was delivered to you. As you confirmed in your email to us, you logged into the delivered account, spent the pulls, and then requested a free exchange for a higher-tier account.

As outlined in our store policies, all digital product sales are final once delivered and accessed. Because account credentials contain secure access details, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on accounts that have already been logged into and played. We always aim to deliver the exact specifications selected at checkout, but we cannot issue free upgrades or exchanges after resources have been spent.

Hello Jason, thank you for your review. Orders are delivered to the email address entered at checkout, most within minutes and all within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The delivery email comes from a different address than your order confirmation, so it is sometimes filtered into spam or promotions. Your order page shows the status: Fulfilled means the account has been sent, Unfulfilled means it is still in the queue.

Please make sure you have written to the correct support address, help@genshinaccount.com, from the same email you used to place the order, and that your message includes the order number.
