Hello Ramos, thank you for your review. Orders are delivered to the email address entered at checkout, most within minutes and all within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The delivery email comes from a different address than your order confirmation, so it is sometimes filtered into spam or promotions. Your order page shows the status: Fulfilled means the account has been sent, Unfulfilled means it is still in the queue.

Please make sure you have written to the correct support address, help@genshinaccount.com, from the same email you used to place the order, and that your message includes the order number. Without those two things we cannot locate an order. Our replies are sent within 24 hours, so please also check your spam and trash folders for anything undelivered.

Rest assured, we strive to make every customer satisfied. If you are not happy with the outcome, email us and we will arrange a replacement account of similar value from our shop.

Hello Droid, thank you for your review. Each listing states the server, platform and contents of the account, and an account that does not match the listing that was ordered is corrected or replaced. Please note that reviews are sometimes posted on a different product page than the one that was actually ordered, which is why we can only work from the order number.

Login and email verification steps are a normal part of taking over an account, and when one cannot be completed, our support team resolves it or replaces the account. Please do not change the account's email, password or recovery details in the meantime, as that can make access impossible to restore.

An account with less than the stated minimum is a mismatch and is corrected. An account above the stated minimum matches its listing.
