Iâm not one for slating betting sitesâŠ
Iâm not one for slating betting sites but what has this site comes to?
Iâm a returning okay for a self exclusion after 2 years. I remember genting casino RTP being somewhat decent but now all it does it take take take.
Iâve done thousands of spins on 3 separate games, I got the bonus which paid me a total of 2.5x for the highest payoutâŠ. That was at the start and Iâve literally won absolutely nothing after that. Fair to say I havenât missed gambling. This site has made me go off it again. Iâd stay away and use different sites if I was you.

Hi Dylan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We understand that extended losing streaks can be frustrating. Game outcomes are determined by random number generation (RNG), meaning each spin is independent and results can vary significantly. While wins cannot be guaranteed, our games operate according to their approved mechanics and return-to-player (RTP) settings.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

So I won £50 using my own money
So I won £50 using my own money, the company wouldn't let me withdraw because I had an active bonus, it waited until I lost my winnings and my deposit before I was allowed to withdraw!! I wouldn't of accepted the bonus. Just another dodgy site that rigs it to make sure you lose. First impression will never go back!!! Stay clear

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your feedback. Weâre sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, any active bonus balance must be reduced to zero before a withdrawal can be processed.
Players also have the option to cancel an active bonus at any time, should they prefer to withdraw without continuing to play with the bonus. If the process becomes challenging, we always encourage our customers to contact us via live chat or email (contact@gentingcasino.com). We are always happy to help!
We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Hi Daniel,
Weâre sorry to hear about the issue you experienced during gameplay. In such situations, you should normally be able to reconnect to the game and resume from where you left off.
If this does not happen, please contact our Customer Support team and provide the relevant Session ID and Game ID so we can investigate this further. If our checks confirm that any winnings are missing as a result, we can review the case and manually credit the appropriate amount where applicable.
As we would need to check your account and the specific game round in more detail, please get in touch with our Customer Support team via live chat or email (contact@gentingcasino.com), so we can assist you further.
