I ordered a few times and am always very satified with the service. The package arrived on the estimated time and was carefully packed,no damage.All items are with a long expiration date,and have not lost their freshness. Since I live on the other side of Germany, I am so grateful to have found goodies from my childhood. The prices and shipping cost are reasonable.Have to wait until Autumn for my next order, too hot and humid here, but I will order as soon as the weather makes it possible.

Great customer service ,can only recommend this company to everyone .Ordered with them before and the people are so helpful,.even when my first order pachage was heldup in Costums do to they could not read to good english or german and the ingredients were all in enlish too.This company was a great help with customs and i got my product with no problems .

Excellent service at prices about 20% lower than Amazon or more. I was excited to find high quality German flour and half baked brotchen which are next to impossible to find in California. The parcel arrived in a couple days and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

The Package arrived today, quick and everything was well wrapped. It’s easy to order and the prices are fair. Shipping cost reasonable and well worth it. The Brötchen and the wonderful Bread will be on our breakfast table tomorrow morning.

I couldn't believe how FAST our order got here! FROM GERMANY! Incredible! It was 3 days from the order date! I didn't even know that was possible! This is a great shop! Great communication, prompt shipping (LIGHTNING SPEED!), just great overall! If you miss your German products, this is definitely a great option! And the shipping is totally reasonable! I don't know how they do it!

I placed an order on May 19, 2025. The next day I realized that I had given the wrong delivery address and send an email to that effect. A couple of hours later I got a phone call from a very helpful gentleman. We got the problem solved. I received my order approximately one week later. I was impressed with the help I got, my order and the delivery date. Thank you again. I will order again.
