Gerrards Auction Rooms レビュー

buying from the auction was easy. The packaging was excellent, Carole did a very good service. P/P was a little excessive compared with other auction houses.

Brilliant auction experience while bidding online. Subsequent to the auction I dealt with Leighanne concerning my invoice. I found Leighanne to be efficient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the Auction House

Received my item today that I bought the previous Sunday ( 5 days)
Absolutely outstanding service and the packing was almost as good as what I would do, a pat on the back for Carole 😉 for that!
Will use them again if they have what I want.

Got really great value for money on their costume jewelry lots and the order was fulfilled quickly by Leighanne, who was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this auction house.

Since moving to St Anne’s 10 years ago I’ve been visiting and buying from Gerrards everything from jewellery to china, furniture and glass. All in all a very pleasant auction house with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It would have been 5 stars but viewing is one day only (pretty sure it used to be two days) and doesn’t open until 11:00. Good value for money.

I came in on wed for viewing
I pleasantly surprised with the amount of items to view and Carol was very helpful with assisting me on finding what I wanted.

Easy to navigate my way through the auction Items arrived today Prompt service and well packed by Carol

The item was excellent and sent extremely quickly, though let down by excessive postage costs (£32 for a package that cost £6 to post).
Recommended, but brace yourself if you want it posted!

A very pleasant experience, made me feel very welcome and relaxed.

I have bought around 10 items from Gerrards and enquired about many dozens and having bought from numerous auction houses Gerrards is always in the top five for description of items, response to queries and prompt shipping. Great auction houses!

My lot wasn’t fragile but it was packed as if it were. It was packed very securely with lots of bubble wrap. The outer box was extremely well secured and it took a while to get into it! Well done Carole!

Lovely item, superbly packed and sent. Thank you

Excellent service and a pleasant experience. Bought an item online and was packed & posted with no issues. Very smooth transaction and very reasonable price.

Popped into village hall on Saturday 1st August ..I had a few bits and pieces and was pleasantly surprised with the valuation Elizabeth gave me . She purchased all my items and paid me instant cash...much more than I could ever have imagined..I was delighted...Elizabeth a lovely, honest
friendly lady who I would recommend to for anyone selling on items...A top class company to deal with...5* Thankyou Gerrards Auction Rooms.

The whole process of buying and selling is just very straight forward as long as you understand the pricing policy

On the viewing day there were plenty of people on hand to assist and in particular Carole was very patient as ever.

A couple of things which I think may help … have the lot numbers showing in the cases to speed up viewing and the provision of a customer toilet.

Visited the auction event in Inverness this morning. Didn't know what to expect as this was our first experience but it went so smoothly. We were impressed with Simon's professionalism and the way he dealt with the various items we had taken along - silver and gold jewellery, watch and costume jewellery. We had a figure in mind and we were really pleasantly surprised when Simon exceeded this with his offer for the items he wished to buy. Would definitely recommend.

Elizabeth was very pleasant and helpful at Culloden House Inverness on Wednesday. Very good experience. Nice company to deal with.

Carole could not have been more helpful. Great service.

Process was straight forward to use & the lot I purchased was exactly as shown also arrived very quickly at the far end of the country in excellent condition plus will further enhance my collection
Thank You

I recently met with Simon at a valuation event in Haddington. He was warm, easy going and knowledgeable and I was impressed with the amount of money offered for all of my jewellery. The whole experience was professional and thoroughly enjoyable.
