Carrot Fertility has been absolutely exceptional for our family. They helped us successfully adopt our oldest son and later supported a vasectomy reversal that resulted in the pregnancy of our third child. Few companies ever get to say they played a role in something this meaningful, but Carrot truly did.

Every interaction with their team has been prompt, courteous, and highly communicative. They consistently went above and beyond to guide us through complicated processes with clarity and care. Their responsiveness and willingness to help removed stress during some very emotional and high stakes moments.

I cannot recommend Carrot Fertility enough. They are professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the people they serve.

What's the point of having a benefit that covers treatments to improve fertility but then these are not covered? this happened to me. I had a full consultation including a questionnaire and an energetic healing to unblock emotional issues. The clinic is eligible but then when you share the invoice, they don't want to reimburse all the services/treatments. I feel cheated.

Not fit for purpose. Claims process is a black hole. Will make your fertility experience even more stressful. Employers should stop offering this company as a benefit

Suggestions to switch egg banks or clinics demonstrated a lack of understanding of the complexities of IVF treatment. My clinic’s decisions are based on years of research and trust with specific providers, making Carrot’s recommendations impractical at best.

Additionally, promised updates were delayed far beyond acceptable timelines, adding unnecessary stress to an already emotional process. For a company claiming to provide compassionate support, this lack of responsiveness and flexibility is disheartening.

While the concept behind Carrot’s services is excellent, they need to tailor their solutions to real-world scenarios and improve their customer support. I advise others to clarify their policies thoroughly before engaging with their services.
