Inaccurate tests caused me stress
I bought 3 Complete tests because I saw the good reviews online and thought they could help, but boy was that a bad idea. I tested exactly like their instructions advised but for 2 mths they never showed a pdg rise all month. Month 3 I got bloods done too and my pdg was completely normal. Stressed for no reason. And guess what? I'm pregnant!!!!!!!
Very disappointed to waste my time, energy and money like this. Their tests were not reflective of my hormones. Do I recommend? Nope. See you doctor instead and a gyno, they will help you

The FSH test was not accurate
The FSH test was not accurate.
The Proov test told me my FSH looked fine, but a blood test revealed that they are actually on the high side.

Rude, unhelpful and expensive
I received faulty tests from them.
I emailed them and asked for help. They kept telling me I was wrong in every single aspect and not helping me at all. I asked them to send me just 2 tests from a different batch so I could compare against the tests I think are faulty. I said I would pay for them and the postage but they would not send them to me and refused to help.
They removed my post on their forum where I asked about my issue with their test and the reason why they removed it was "rude to staff". I was not rude to staff, I asked them why they did not sign an email with their name - which was rude from them.
If you have a problem, this company will 100% NOT help you. They have all the power and they use that power to screw you over. PROOVTest CEO is aggressive and rude and awful.
The CEO also gave me unasked for and inappropriate medical advice when she knows nothing about my medical situation. That's really unethical and actually illegal.
They cannot claim their tests are 100% infallible as that is simply not possible.
I will be taking this further. I am sure the FDA and other complaint mechanisms will take a dim view of them (a) censoring me (b) not assisting me (c) claiming their tests are 100% successful
