I liked everything, as even though I already knew lots of it, getting reminders is always very helpful. My one issue was that some of the wrong words or grammar was used at times. This was obvious... ãã£ãšèŠã
The three lessons I've gone through so far have offered sound advice on how to recognize and manage emotions, which is helpful for me personally. Now I need to make personal application for it to work... ãã£ãšèŠã
