Not quite what I expected from this. I thought it was going to be an app that helps you organize your thoughts for you and where to begin. It is actually mini-CBT lessons to teach you the skills to do... ãã£ãšèŠã
I liked everything, as even though I already knew lots of it, getting reminders is always very helpful. My one issue was that some of the wrong words or grammar was used at times. This was obvious... ãã£ãšèŠã
I appreciate the training so far, because I have been taught why my brain works the way it does. The small action steps to improve not overwhelm are helpful.
