Finally see a way to accomplish what I need to, but in a way my brain is wired. Hope for once.

Have only just started to use this, but so far so good!

It’s good it needs to have system that reminds me of my answers so ima ware

Thought provoking first day.

I’d never given it much thought before, but now I’m much more aware of what’s going on.

Scam app, not sure what the others are talking about but somehow they have charged our account $39.99, $9.00, and $.99 in a week and my wife simply downloaded the app to see what it was about. Stay away unless you are prepared to get charged $50 without your consent.

Simple and easy to follow.

I’m looking for the part that is being advertised where there’s an excel spreadsheet tracking my daily fast and progress

Feeling of accomplishment for getting through day one tasks

Great ideas but I’m not sure they’re for everyone. If you’re really challenged, you really won’t know where to start … but maybe that will become clearer as the course progresses.

The issues are very relatable and the lessons are short and to the point. Before my attention begins to wain the lesson ends and then invites you to continue tomorrow. Now I want to know what happens tomorrow.

Great, kind words and simple to use not too long

I liked everything, as even though I already knew lots of it, getting reminders is always very helpful.

My one issue was that some of the wrong words or grammar was used at times. This was obviously not developed by a fluent, or very educated person. I was able to figure out what was meant, but it did annoy me at the time. That’s why I haven’t written all the books rolling around in my head. Perfectionism.

It STOPS and only lets me do so much at once.

Privacy and the fact I dont have to interact with people. It is a personal struggle to express my emotions. Also being able to be honset with myself and not feeling overwhelmed.
