excellent claim process fast service

Thorough explanation of how the plan works. When I needed it the iDoctor man made the claim process fast and easy. Best device service and it was right here in my little town.

I’ve had a really good experience with Akko phone insurance and honestly feel like it’s one of the better options for protecting my phone without paying an outrageous monthly price. What initially caught my attention was the affordability, but what really made me appreciate Akko was how straightforward the coverage and claims process felt.

Having phone insurance gives me peace of mind because accidents happen. Phones are expensive, and knowing that I have coverage in case of accidental damage, theft, or another unexpected situation makes it much easier to use my phone without constantly worrying about what could happen. I especially like that Akko offers coverage that is designed to be more flexible and affordable than some of the traditional carrier insurance options.

It’s been a week and all I have gotten are the run arounds and getting nowhere close to getting my phone repaired. First they needed a video with the device account number, then they wanted another video with the device serial number. Then they wanted another video with the device serial number but filmed from back side first. Then they said screw it let’s make you run around town but don’t get your phone fixed yet. Some sort of a joke people, don’t fall for it. Filing a complaint with the state

You always hear the bad things about claims, so when my phone suffered liquid damage, I expected the worst. The experience with Akko was far from that! It was easy to submit the claim, provide photos, get a quote for repair (or in this case, that a repair could not be completed), and get payment to get a new phone. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to use, and quick! The only thing I would appreciate is if there was more direct contact. Issues with your phone are already stressful and waiting for an email instead of a direct response, like a call or a chat box with an agent, makes anxiety higher for first-timers.

As with most insurance companies, AKKO required documentation for the claim. I could not locate one of the documents requested. The adjuster was willing to work with me with regard to a missing document. He was certainly under no obligation to do so.
