It took a little while to sort problem but replies from Getflix were fast in trying to help. Problem finally solved.

Getflix is one of the best vpn providers to watch streaming services from remote locations. Their customer service is super fast as well to resolve occasional technical issues. I would strongly recommend their service.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Awful customer service. Signed up for a trial and then ended up automatically paying via Google. Have contacted them numerous times. Received an answer initially and now nothing. Now have paid 2 monthly payments and have never had any service for it. Cancelling now. I'm out.

After using getflix for years and issues sorted quickly I am now coming to the end of a very frustrating road of continually being fobbed off without the problem being repaired!
I use a DNS to access uk channels on my apple box that I then watch via tv of which now has one particular channel I cannot access.
I have been basically ignored or given ‘advice’ that does not adhere to using an apple box so going round in circles almost daily with the same people whilst still paying my full subscription!

I've been using GetFlix for years now. It works well. It works when others (other VPNs) don't because it has the ability to use location appropriate DNS servers in many (not all) countries. Recently, I was not able to connect to a server in a small country. L1 support took the report and move me onto L2 support and then I was notified by L3 that the server was being repaired (under maintenance) and would return to service soon. I really appreciated them keeping me updated as to what the problem was and them taking steps to fix it.

Excellent communication from customer service

Getflix has disappointed me. It used to be reliable and have a good customer service team that quickly responded when there was a problem. However, I haven’t been able to connect to the UK for at least five days now and Getflix hasn’t given any updates about what’s causing the problem or when it will be fixed.
