Good service, not expensive - when problems do arise the support team are always quick to help and acknowledge you and work to fix the problem.

Note: I have a lifetime account, and still receive solid support while not being a regularly paying user

As always, resolutions within a week.

Easy to use VPN service and support is responsive when there is an issue. I would recommend them as good value.

Pretty stable and good value VPN. When there are any issues, the Getflix support is always excellent with a very fast response, further investigation and solutions that, in our experience, have always provided a solution.

Very good product. Still there is room for improvement in the vpn client software. Some times there are issues with the connection but the support team are very responsive to resolve the issue

No way to cancel the subscription online, that they setup to automatically renew every year without giving you the option to “opt out” of automatic renewal. You have to email support to cancel your subscription so that it doesn’t auto renew. Why? Only reason I can think of is that they hope their customers forget to cancel. If you do realise you forgot to cancel there is no refund. Nice way to treat your customers.

I’ve been using Getflix for years now and find the service excellent. If there is any issue, their support team give prompt responses and resolutions. Highly recommend

I’ve been using Getflix for probably a decade and they are excellent. I can’t say enough good things. The service has the occasional hiccup but what I like is that if you email them they always get back to you. I would give their customer service an A+ and I’ll continue to use them for that reason amongst many others.

Great service, been using it for years. The support is very good. They reply fast and don’t blame the client. They admit when there is an issue and notify when its fixed.

Easy to use service, reliable. Have been using them for over 5 years. Issues are resolved quickly the few times they occur.

Excellent app. Excellent service . Preferred to a vpn. Generally easy to setup but you may need sn internet technician say to use getflix for streaming but your ordinary wifi for other devices eg iPhone and your computer / using a vpn requires you turn it off once finished streaming, otherwise you will have problems with amazon and email (as they won’t recognise you in your local location). This is superior because it leaves other devices unchanged so you don’t need to switch on and off.

We had a problem connecting to the UK ITVX Player. After a few emails back and forth to try various solutions they managed to solve the problem.

Always have had great customer service when dealing with issues. They keep you informed and advise when they have resolved the issues.
