After a couple of days of my router disconnecting and losing the VPN capability in the house Getflix helped a lot and their attention to detail was exemplary. An excellent support service

Best DNS service ever

I've been using this service for years. The support is great, very responsive and very knowledgeable. They always have an answer to any question I might have and usually resolve it within hours.

As always

As always, one can expect prompt replies and solid advice from Getflix. Been a long time customer and
without them my viewing options would be more limited.

Reset your Router

The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that!

In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight).
Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.

Prompt reply & fix

Tried in vain to fix the problem myself, then contacted the support team at Getflix.
They replied straight away with a quick fix.
Great service today.

Prompt response from support team

Response from Getflix for a query was the fastest I have ever seen from any support team. Even though the communication was via email, it appeared more like a live chat with the rep.
These 5 stars are for the support team for understanding my request\query and acting so quickly on it.
The request was further sent to the network team, hopefully, they can resolve it.
