Getflix support is always prompt and so friendly. Whether the solution is simple or more complex they always sort it out. My experience with another provider was the exact opposite. Also, the Getflix dashboard and other web pages are really useful.

All the services I use regularly work quite well, ie Italian, USA, and UK based. In the case of Italian streaming it's important to distinguish between site/platform streaming bandwidth restrictions and getflix server functionality. RAIplay and Mediaset may be oversubscribed at times, leading to buffering and is outside the control of Getflix's service. The USA and UK bandwidth provision is excellent, irrespective of the speeds I attain from the ISP. Video streaming is almost perfect, even if some devices use inexpensive wifi n standard extenders over a very large area , dropping the download to 12 mbps (200 mbps if connected near the 5G modem/router). The site admin pages content layouts are good, user documentation is concise and clear to follow. The zendesk support chat window on the dashboard home page might disappear and reappear in Chrome depending on the browser extensions, mainly adblockers. It may also be a website coding issue or Google Chrome version updates that triggers the issue, but overall it won't impact access to the service desk via email, which is very efficient at resolving any queries.

I’ve been a subscriber to Getflix for over 8 years and it’s been great. I got the service when living in the USA and now live in Canada. Love being able to keep my US streaming services and watch in Canada. MAX, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, etc all work with Getflix. I had an issue with one of my streaming service and contacted customer service for the first time. I got a quick response through chat and the issue was resolved promptly.

Works great use it for years now. Yes there are sometimes downtimes but the get resolved fairly quick

So far, my experience with Getflix has been underwhelming. Their service breaksdown often, VPN almost never works and to top it all.. their support is non existent

I’ve used Getflix for about 8 years, and their customer service team is always quick to reply. They’re efficient, reliable, and any issues I have had were promptly resolved! I highly recommend using Getflix!

This service works well. On occasion there can be issues with the service but it’s few and far between and the support staff are really responsive

Your company can improve by helping to get Hulu back instead of just a reply that the Engineer team is working on it. I hear nothing from them, just the above reply and then they want me to rate their service. I am not rating any service before someone assists me!!

Have been using Getflix for many years, recently had an issue with one service. Support were quick to identify what was wrong and told me how to fix the problem. Fantastic service offering.

Communication is most important and fast responses are a positive sign for a company. Keep up the amazing work!
