bad experience for the following reason-

they didn't give me the bonus for joining via referral link.
On contacting support - support member says she can't get IT team to check it.. It's now more than 2 weeks from when I first contacted support, and 2 months from when I opened the account and still no bonus.
I ping them every few days but the answer is the same - IT support is too busy to solve my problem.
On the positive note- the support lady is kind and honest.

This bonus issue seems trivial so I wonder how they manage more serious challenges.

I am using it for 2 months now. I had 3 service requests so far:

- I had an issue with my affiliate service bonus
- I was (for impatient reasons on my end) worried that I didn't receive any interest on a very early stage, which is completely remedied at this point since interest payouts on a regular and reliable basis
- There was a visual bug that falsely shows some of the funds to be in buyback process even though it's not (ergo, no actual problem, just a visual bug that will be fixed)

Overall, all my requests were answered promptly, friendly and very professionally. On top, and that's most important to me, the application works great!

I am very happy to have now focussed my P2P activities mostly to income!

Terrible customer service. They took interest already paid from my account and when I contacted them there is no reply. They are trying to evade this issue.

Simple and intuitive user interface. The promised return rate is very attractive together with the applied investment security mechanism.
Waiting for secondary market!

Despite lacking of a secondary market seems very promising beginning. Simple registration and investment experience. So far earned interest as promised. Hope to see more features!
