Great service, I had top be patient but really happy with the end result and my fixed CD player!

My music centre became faulty and I found Get It Fixed online. They said they could fix it, gave me a cost which included caririage and I accepted it. I was kept informed of progress and I received the music centre just before Christmas. i would swear it sounds better than it ever did. I am very pleased with the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our Yamaha radio was not working. Get it Fixed knew the problem straight away and pit it right along with suggesting replacement of a part likely to
cause problems. Now, the radio/cd/usb work better than ever.

Get It Fixed Ltd provide an invaluable service. They took my 20 year old Bose system and fixed it immediately. Without this service it would have been junk.

I sent a vintage in-car CD changer that needed repair. What I received back was a brand new old stock item. The charge was very favourable.

An awful experince.

More than 4 months , a returned job and almost ££ after , they CSO’s y get my Bang & Olufsen speakers fixed as earlier promised.

Zero communication.

Worried that I couldn't find, or afford, a repair to my HiFI amplifier, as no one locally runs a repair shop anymore.
Found GetItFixed online and their service was seamless, efficient and not too expensive. Oh, and fast too.

Fixed my Bose headphones superbly

Excellent service, response was quick and in line with what I was told. My older B&W Zeppelin speaker was repaired just as I had hoped. Would definitely use them again.

My partners SkullCandy crushers headset broke. Contacted GET IT fixed and they straight away provided with the quote, the works schedule. Posted the headphones to them, i was kept in the loop with the works and once completed received it back. No, fuss, no hassle, just great service provided and 3 years later the headphone still work great.

The CD drive in my Pure CD/Radio was unusable, a CD was stuck inside and would not eject. Get it Fixed were able to remove the CD and returned the Pure system fully working again.

Efficient, speedy, full repair of my Linn hi-fi at a reasonable price.

Absolutely great. For 6 months I worried about the repair of my Bose NC700s and being out of warranty, I despaired at the amount Bose offered me to get a new headset. I replaced my day-to-day headphones with in-ear monitors, aftershock headphones and my old Bose AE2ws but none of them beat the NC700s.

Luckily, these guys managed to get it done at a reasonable price and I would happily use them again as I love ensuring my well-used hardware is kept around for the longest time possible! Thanks so much!

Really really good service - the repair work can take quite a while until completion but the GIF Team keep you updated on progress (although there is a premium charge option for express service). What I like best is GIF have given a lot of thought to the whole journey from start to finish; labels to postage - not just the repair work which is high quality.
