My contact was Lucy and I can't fault how helpful and kind she was, despite my many phone calls and questions.

Free Will made in March. I always had a quick response from will making side of business. When other strategies were proposed by me I was quickly referred to another member of the team who talked through various options and costs to suit my needs. There was no pressure and everyone was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to come back to them if needed.
