One of the best companies to deal with. They keep you informed on each and every step. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if are into a property purchase or sale.

Mr Jaleel verges on being incompetent
Cheap and nasty solicitors you get what you pay for.
So if you want no service and no progress with nothing but problems these are the folks for you

I've used many conveyancing firms before but these guys are something else. So incompetent, case handler changed 3 times during the process, constantly asked for documents that had already been submitted and cost me financial losses in the end. Had to complain to the legal ombudsman about them. avoid at all costs!!!

Excellent service

They completed our purchase process swiftly. I didn't even need to call or chase, they did everything in the given time frame.

I had a great experience with Law and Lawyers during both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new one. Sanjana, Sanitha, Ramya, and Alex were all extremely helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process.

Communication was excellent ! They replied to emails very quickly and kept me updated at every stage, which really helped reduce stress during what can be a complicated process.

They were proactive in chasing things up and making sure everything stayed on track, and as a result the whole transaction was completed in under 10 weeks, which was much faster than I expected.

I would like to express my gratitude and Thanks to Law and Law Solicitors. Ajai and Margaret sorted out some of queries smoothly. Throughout the process of my property purchase I was continously in touch with them and they cleared all my doubts.

They handled my house purchase and the service was already delayed, but I still recommended them to others at the time. Big mistake.

Three years later, I discovered they failed to include my solar panels in the TA10 form. Because of this, I cannot transfer the solar panels into my name and I am now facing serious difficulties.

I have tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email, but no solicitor has responded or provided any proper help. Poor aftercare, no accountability, and extremely frustrating to deal with.

I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

A superb experience from start to finish. I have worked with many solicitors in the past and stumbled upon Law and Lawyers as a provider on my lender's panel. From first contact with Majo everything has been so clear and efficient. Sonya has dealt with all aspects of our cases with efficiency and clarity and has been extremely responsive to met our completion deadlines.
