When I received the letter I immediately thought it was a scam (sorry guys) but then looked at trustpilot and realised people were getting rebates and recommending them. I spoke to Eliot who was super informative and after the call I went ahead with the rebate application sending in photos and a bullet list of the state of the bungalow. Fast forward a few weeks I've just received a £5300 refund (they take a % cut) Thanks guys, I'm SUPER happy and so glad that I didn't throw away your letter :)

Dealing straight forward

Didn’t even know I was entitled to a stamp duty rebate. Ended up getting just over 3 grand back thanks to these guys. The whole experience was made very easy from start to finish would recommend.

I was very sceptical about this at first, but this company was recommended to me by a friend so we went for it.

You do need to gather a bit of information before submitting your application but it wasn’t very taxing as long as you have a good relationship with your trades people.

This company answer all questions quickly and they chase you when you need to be prompted in order to keep the claim moving.

These provided their fees upfront and were confident about what they could get back for us.

The communication was good and they did it very quickly. We received £998 back and it really helped go towards the contingency fund.

We will be using this company again in the future.
