Polar Star socks are incredibly comfortable. They are soft, warm, not too thick though. And still my feet don´t sweat in them!

Die Socken fühlen sich toll an, tragen sich sehr angenehm und habe schöne Muster und Designs. Die Größe 41-46 passt allerdings vor allem nach der Wäsche bis maximal Größe 44. Sind als variable Socken etwas zu klein.

My order (# PS8338) has got lost for more than 15 days (as evidenced by the tracking system where the last update dates back 19 December). The only way to contact the shop is via email. I have already sent two emails, without any response. There is no link on the website where we can declare an issue and/or ask for repayment. And the company does not respond to emails.

UPDATE 30/01/2026: after 4 emails sent to the company's management (there is no customer service!), I finally got repaid. Let's assume it is a young company without all key support functions in place yet..

Ik schrijf zelden een recensie, maar deze zijn het waard. Gewoon een geweldig product: zacht, sterk, stijlvol en absoluut de prijs waard.

I ordered 3 pair of socks before xmas. It was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days but it took more than a week. By the time the socks were here, one pair was missing. I was trying to contact the enterprise since then but no one is answering.

Voilà 1 an que j’ai acheté mes chaussettes et elles sont toujours impeccables. Elles tiennent chaud et j’adore leurs motifs.

Hätte sofort eine größere Menge bestellt, aber leider nur Ausreden.
Ich darf vom Konzern aus (75000 Mitarbeiter, weltweit als seriös bekannt) nur auf Rechnung bestellen und erst bezahlen, wenn die Ware eingetroffen ist. Darauf wollte man nicht eingehen. Außerdem sollte ich quer durch das Sortiment bestellen, ich wollte aber nur ein bestimmtes Modell, da dies zu uns am besten passt. Ich hätte sofort 250 Paar bestellt, was die Firma leider überforderte. Laut Karte haben die in ganz Österreich keinen einzigen Händler, aber behaupten im email, dass sie Dutzende hier haben.
Will jemand wirklich Geschäfte machen, der das eventuelle Potential nicht sieht, wenn er bei einem 75000-Mitarbeiter-Konzern einen Fuß in der Türe hat?
WIR brauchen IHN nicht, umgekehrt ... ?
Ganz kleine Produzenten sind meist sehr flexibel, weil es eben Geschäftsleute sind und nicht so ein Wasauchimmer-Betrieb.
Den Rezensionen nach kann ich eh froh sein, keine Produkte von Polar Star zu haben.

Unacceptable for resellers too...
I am a retailer and was contacted by Polar Star Socks.
I would have ordered a larger quantity straight away, but unfortunately I only got excuses.
The company (75,000 employees, known worldwide as reputable) only allows me to order on account and only pay when the goods have arrived. They didn't want to agree to that. I was also supposed to order from the entire range, but I only wanted a specific model because that was the best fit for us. I would have ordered 250 pairs straight away, which unfortunately was too much for the company. According to the map, they don't have a single retailer in the whole of Austria, but they claim in the email that they have dozens here.
Does anyone really want to do business if they don't see the potential of having a foot in the door of a company with 75,000 employees?
WE don't need HIM, the other way around...?
Very small producers are usually very flexible because they are business people and not some whatever company.
According to the reviews, I'm glad I don't have any Polar Star products anyway.

Très belle qualité de chaussettes , chaudes douces , de vrais doudous cocooning pour nos pieds en hiver, jolies couleurs très sympa, travail très soigné sur ces produits artisanaux comme on en trouve que très rarement……je recommande sans hésiter 💐😃

Belle découverte. 6 paires achetées et pour certaines offertes en cadeau qui ont beaucoup été appréciées. Confort et qualite au rendez vous. Et en plus elles tiennent chaud : un must !
