I simply tried to order one antenna for $25.99. I was billed four times on PayPal for charges I didn’t think had gone through. The charged me for times for items I didn’t order. It was truly the worst website I ever used. My biggest regret is not following my instinct to ignore this website. I called within 30 minutes to cancel these orders orders and was given a confirmation number for the cancellation. Instead I got notices that the items have been shipped. I wasn’t able to cancel them through my charge as they had not been officially posted. I would imagine returns will be a joke!

I ordered one antena for $39.95 + shipping.
I received a bill for 2 antenas + warranty + Shipping = $80.34
As soon as I saw what the order was, I contacted customer service and canceled the order. It never got canceled and I have not been able to get hold of anyone to get this straightened out.

I ordered one Rewave antena and got a bill for $213. It should have been $39.

They are completely dishonest and the performance of the the product has been misrepresented.

This company is worth it. I had an issue and it was resolved in no time. The product is great, customer support is very quick and my issue was resolved in record time. Five star for sure.

I got a rewave antenna. It took over 2 weeks to come. I paid 51 dollars for it. When i tried it it wasn't much better than the antenna I had. Maybe a little. It can get the local stations ok but sometimes I have to adjust it. Since it's a little better than my old antenna I'm keeping it. It's not a lot better though.

Just got sucked in by the advert... Normally would see right though this. Got item and it didn't pick up one station. Complained to re-wave and heard nothing... Phone calls ignored... Put in a complaint to PayPal and eventually full reimbursement was made. Think I was lucky that I paid using the above

Naja habe auch so eine Antenne gekauft, über Paypal bezahlt und kämpfe jetzt um mein Geld.
Aufgefallen ist mir in meinem Paypal Konto das da steht erste Abbuchung also ein Abbo das habe ich nicht gemacht und sofort sortiert auch habe ich diesen Verkäufer blockiert sodas er nicht mehr Abbuchen kann.
Ich bestelle auch nicht mehr auf TV Werbung nur noch Amazon und Co also die die man kennt

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter! Die beworbenen Video-Antennen bringen keinerlei Leistung – es handelt sich um ein klassisches Lockangebot.

Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich. Der sogenannte „Support“ besteht lediglich aus nicht enden wollendem Schriftverkehr, der offensichtlich der Schikane dient.

Man erhält keinen Retourenschein, keine Rücksendeadresse, und es gibt kein Impressum auf der Website – ein klarer Hinweis auf mangelnde Seriosität. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, stattdessen landet man bei einem Anrufbeantworter in Alabama.

Die angebliche 30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie existiert in der Praxis nicht. Auch der Versand dauert mehr als eine Woche.

Auffällig: Die wenigen positiven Bewertungen sind ausschließlich bei TrustRate zu finden – "einer dezentralen Plattform, die anonyme, angeblich manipulationssichere Rezensionen ermöglicht" ( kI Quelle). Für uns wirkt das alles sehr zweifelhaft.

Fazit: Unseriös, irreführend und kundenfeindlich – wir können nur dringend abraten!

Scammers do not purchase from them, there advertised as rewave TV ariel,luckily for me my bank stopped the payment, I thought I was purchasing a first class TV ariel, but when it came to taking the money they tried to take £120.00. but my bank stopped the payment. Thank you monza❤️

Rücksendung ist nur auf eigene Kosten möglich und man braucht einen langen Atem um eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen. Es gibt für die Firma keinen Stein den sie nicht nutzt um das zu verhindern! Vorsicht!!!

Das ist einfach nur Betrug. Ich bin schonmal auf so was reingefallen bei einem Radarwarner. Die werben mit 30 Tage Rückgaberecht und man bekommt eine Adresse irgendwo in den USA. Da sie ja eine Versandbestätigung (weisen sie ja auch hin) möchten, sind die Kosten zum Versenden höher als das Gerät wert ist. Ich habe es nicht bestellt.

Gibt es wirklich jemanden, der auf die verlogene Werbung reinfällt? Es würde mich wundern.
Natürlich empfängt die angebotene DVBT-2 ANTENNE!!! sämtliche verschlüsselte Sender, nur ansehen kann man sie nicht !!!
Es gibt ein Gesetzt, welches Kabelanbietern verbietet Sendungen zu verschlüsseln?
Mir als Anwalt ist ein solches Gesetz nicht bekannt, lass mich aber gern belehren. 😂😂😂
Eine dreiste Lüge ist, dass man keine Verträge und Abos benötigt.
Übriges wäre eine Soft-oder Harware, die das ermöglicht, illegal, und der Anbieter hätte sehr schnell Post von der Staatsanwaltschaft.

Es handelt sich um eine DVB-2 Antenne mittlerer Qualität, die im Handel, natürlich von seriösen Herstellern, zwischen 9,90 und 19,90 Euro angeboten wird.
