i emailed rewave?? about my d tv antannea booster?? i wasnt happy as i coud get most of the channels for free pluto etc and they let me keep it and refunded hhalf of what i paid very happy as i didnt do what i will from ereon and READ THE REVIEWS FIRST LOL thanks rewave

I would leave zero stars if possible. Did some research after HDTV antenna purchase and attempted to cancel order. Was immediately met with “too late to cancel”, “will be happy to help once order is received”, etc. Received the order, sent the emails for directions to return and without saying all I got was automated responses saying the ticket is closed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

REWAVE, by the time you read this you are most likely to have been scammed.

If you make a purchase for a REWAVE (getrewave.com) television ariel you are buying an indoor tv which is available from eBay for £5.00, only you have been scammed for £51.89 for something that’s not capable of doing what it is claimed. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

You won’t realise by making a purchase from REWAVE you are giving the scammers free access to your bank account which they will take full advantage of and try to extract as much money as possible. The sellers have set their payment system up so you don’t know you are setting up a direct debit, you have by this time set up an automatic payment system allowing them free access to your money, only your not aware of it.

The Trustpilot reviews they are using in their advert do not exist, I’ve checked them.

The aerial is not capable of providing free access to paid tv channels, that claim does not exist. The aerial does not contain any sophisticated electronics as claimed in their advert it’s just a bog standard TV aerial used as a prop to substantiate their fraudulent activity.

I have to admit, I’ve been scammed. I was sucked in by what I believe to be truthful.

The aerial is not coming from London as stated in their advert.

The aerial is coming from Lithuania Eastern Europe.

You have by this time unknowingly signed up to give the scammers access to your bank account. The people perpetrating this act of deception are extremely good at what they do, that’s how they make their living, by stealing money of honest people and selling goods not capable of doing what’s stated in their advertising.

I tried to cancel my order as soon as I saw it had gone through.
I did not even open the parcel but returned the package immediately via Evri.
I sent Rewave the parcel number.
We had paid with PayPal. Lo and behold, we have a full refund. That is the only reason I have given 2 stars. Their customer service is abysmal.

Das Unternehmen holt sich eine Einzugsermächtigung über Paypal und bucht dann ungefragt ab. Bei mir über eine Lieferadressenänderung. Alles was du dir dann ansiehst wird dir abgebucht. Wideruf wird nicht bearbeitet bzw. man schiebt dich auf die lange Bank oder antwortet nicht mehr. Acc. Paypal ist das alles in Ordnung. Ware habe ich nicht bekommen und es gibt keine Versandbenachrichtigung oder eine Trackingnummer. Das ist für mich Betrug der auch noch vom Zahlungsdienstleister unterstützt wird.

Poor communication. Never gets back to complete any request.

Bin auch reingefallen. Wurde durch ein Dschungel von Kaufangeboten geleitet. Direkte Stornierung wurde nicht bearbeitet Muss Ware jetzt abwarten und darf hoffen, dass ich via Paypal Geld zurückbekomme

I would give this company no stars at all!
First their device does not work. I could not pick up a single station. Second their customer service is terrible.my first episode was when I wanted to return their junk,they offered me 50% off the price and keep the antennas . That's my first red flag. They would not let me return them to the address they shipped it from. ( Had to ship them to Texas U.S.) a cost factor. When I shipped them back they would not accept the antennas. I continually threatened to take my issue up with PayPal. Finally I negotiated a 75% refund. Then when I accepted that, all of a sudden, I put a Post Office parcel tracker on my return parcel. They also found my parcel and it was being shipped back to me and the next day the company gave me a 100% refund and I could keep their junk. So I am out$28.00 return fee and a $3.00 phone call.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

The company refused to cancel my order which I requested 11 minutes after I had received the Email confirmation of the order. Whereas their cancellation policy states that orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering.

Secondly they charged more than the advertised price.

Finally I have contacted the company support emaol address multiples for information on how to return the item for refund and I still haven't got a reply. Looks like they are waiting for the 30 day refund period is over before getting in touch.

My advice is not to buy from this company.

Auch ich bin auf dieses Unternehmen reingefallen. Habe zwei Artikel bestellt, würde durch einen Dschungel von Angeboten geführt und immer alles verneint. Zum Schluss gab es keine Einsicht in den Warenkorb. Dann das böse Erwachen, nach der Zahlung lagen noch drei Artikel zusätzlich dabei und wurden berechnet. Es war zu spät. Sofortige Stornierung wurde verneint, angeblich bereits versandt. Schriftlich bekam ich die Antwort, ich kann ja mein Rücksenderecht wahrnehmen. Nach Wochen kam dann dieser Müll auch an und ich nahm Kontakt auf, denn ich wollte mein Geld zurück. Habe alles zurückgeschickt und bekam die zusätzlich reingelegte Ware erstattet. Nun warte ich seit Wochen auf die restliche Zahlung. Meine Anfrage wurde erklärt, dass ein Streitfall vorliege und ich mich gedulden soll. Ich werde ein Mahnverfahren einleiten und möchte eine Anzeige machen, hat schon jemand Erfahrung damit? Möchte es auch bei PayPal mit Käuferschutz probieren.
Bitte an Alle weitergeben, nicht kaufen, totaler Schrott, funktioniert überhaupt nicht.
Noch einen Zusatz, wenn ihr bestellt habt, dann unbedingt per Mail immer wieder die Rückzahlung anmahnen und mit Konsequenzen drohen. Ich hab erst einen Teil meines Geldes erstattet bekommen, dann hieß es strittiger Fall. Aber nach langem Hin und Her bekam ich die Restzahlung erstattet. Also dranbleiben!

GETWAVE small aerial ; scam scam scam these are £6 $8 on Amazon and they DON'T work LIES LIES rip off bull...

I was given one of these by a family member who bought it after seeing the ad on YouTube but it doesn't work at all as advertised. It's a cheap antenna which picks up less signals than my roof aerial and of course it cannot show you ones for free that are pay to view as they say in the advert. These sell for less than £10 on Ebay and Amazon and they all have bad reviews. DO NOT BUY IT!

Big scam. Do not get into buying this product. They will not refund a single penny. The return address is a scam too. Royal mail will not br able to return the item to the address.

Selbst 1 Stern ist zuviel. Die werben damit das es sehr guten Empfang hat, aber das ist eine Lüge. 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie, finden aber angeblich deine Emailadresse nicht.
Es ist einfach nur Betrug. Man bekommt ein Angebot nach dem anderen und kann garnicht zurück auf die eigentliche Seite so wurden mir 3 Antennen zu unterschiedlichen Preisen abgezogen. Also bloß die Finger weg von so einem Müll.

Ich habe die Antenne auch bestellt, weil wir in unserem Wohnmobil fernsehen wollten. Es ist richtig, dass es nur wenige Sender( frei) gibt- die öffentlich rechtlichen. Also ARD, ZDF, WDR... Das hatte ich in der Werbung auch anders verstanden. Für die HD-Sender braucht man ein Modul. Aber dann nehme ich das von zu Hause und benutze es im Womo. Der Empfang ist gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich bestelle nie bei Werbetreibenden, die erst eine bekloppte Story erzählen müssen damit man auf den Mist reinfällt. 100% der youtube Werbung ist Beschiss!!! Wie bekloppt muss man sein???

Habe solche Antennen bestellt, großer Schrott . Funktionieren nicht wie Sie sollen , es gehen nur 3 Programme zum EMPFANGEN und keine weit über 100 wie angeboten. Rückabwicklung eine totale Katastrophe. Nie wieder und auch nicht zum empfehlen.

Ein Schande - so eine Dreistigkeit - und Pay Pal hilft solchen Leuten auch noch.
4 Antennen bestellt nicht erhalten - vom PayPal Konto abgebucht und dann nochmals - Achtung es wird von denen ein Abo eingerichtet, sofort gestoppt, doch PayPal zahlt nichts - Käuferschutz für die Müllkippe
