Bestellt , bezahlt, und nix. Die mitgeteilte Tracking ID ist bei keinem Lieferdienst bekannt.
Und wieder gemeinsame Sache mit Amazon.

Keine Widerrufe möglich. Dieser Laden zockt ab.

Ich habe die Werbung gesehen, bin dann auf die Seite gegangen und was habe ich da nicht gefunden? Ein Impressum. Das sagt mir schon sofort, das ich dort definitiv nichts bestellen werde. Außerdem, wenn das wirklich funktioniert und legal wäre, könnte man das Gerät überall kaufen und man hätte sicherlich schon irgendwo was darüber gelesen.

Habe nach 30 min Stornierung angemeldet.
Getreweve: Versand bereits eingeleitet, Stornierung nicht mehr möglich.
Stornierung innerhalb von 12 Std, ist wohl eine Farce.

Kann nun angeblich innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Sendung diese zurückschicken !
Geldzurückgarantie ! ????
Kundendienst schließt den Vorgang, ob wohl nicht abgeschlossen ist, habe die Ware ja nicht mal erhalten
Wer hier kauft ist selbst daran schuld, wenn er Probleme bekommt.
Bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht.

Hallo, vorneweg eine Bemerkung. Ich finde deine Bemerkung nicht sehr hilfreich Gerald !!
Ich habe am 26.Sept auch eine "Antenne" im Glauben bestellt, das sie das Versprechen dieser Betrüger hält. Im weiteren Vorgang wurden mir weitere Produkte angenboten die ich mit dem "sogenanten Nein" ablehnte. Zum Schluß erschienen 2 Rechnungsbeträge, die so nicht angegeben waren und ich nicht bestellt hatte. Die Antenne kostete plötzlich 25,99€, statt 19,99€ und alle weiteren Produkte die ich mir angesehen habe aber abgelehnt, erschienen in einer gesonderten Rechnung von 51,89€. Bekam auch gleich eine Mitteilung von Paypal über die Abbuchung beider Beträge. Natürlich sehr verärgert schrieb ich gleich eine Mail und verlangte eine Stornierung. Was logisch abgelehnt wurde, da angeblich schon versendet. Kann nicht sein da keine Stunde vergangen war. AGB`s gelesen, innerhalb 12 Std stornierbar !! Bekam zwischendurch die von anderen schon genannten Garantieverlängerungen und andere Vorteile, die ich dankend ablehnte. Schickte erneut eine Mail, worin ich mich auf ihre AGB´s bezog und sie des Betruges bezichtigte und weitere rechtliche Schritte gegen sie einleite über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung. Die Antwort war plötzlich - nach nochmaliger Anfrage im Versandlager konnte der Versand storniert werden. Bekam eine entsprechende Mail, das die abgebuchten Beträge zurück erstattet werden, aber mit Geduld bis zu 7 Tagen. Bekam auch von PayPal die Information der zurück Buchung beider Beträge.
Hatte natürlich nicht mit einer schnellen Buchung gerechnet und heute (30.09.24) mein Konto kontrolliert und die Abbuchung ist rückgängig gemacht worden. Ich hätte es nicht geglaubt weil mir andere Fälle bekannt sind und es ist trotz allem ein Betrugsunternehmen, dem Ihre Machenschaften unterbunden werden müssen ist. MfG Rolli

and a good learning experience.

Sorry, aber wer jetzt noch auf diese episch-dümmlichen Werbevideos mit all den GENIALEN WIE SELBSTLOSEN ERFINDERN hereinfällt, die allesamt die Kennzeichnung "Ich bin Scam, KAUF MICH!" tragen, und sich von Megarabatten (auf was eigentlich?) hypnotisieren lässt statt mal 15 Minuten zu recherchieren, der sollte ein Jahr lang wöchentlich ne LKW-Ladung von diesem und ähnlichem Schrott vor's Haus gekippt bekommen. Er kann dann ja immerhin noch die Rohstoffe da rauskratzen...

This antenna is junk. I live approximately 60 miles from a very large metropolitan area and I was only able to get 5 channels. Don’t waste your time or money. I got a refund for mine.

ordered the antenna... and the extra strength adapter... noticed on receipt that they added an extended warranty to the cost... which I did not ask for.. within minutes I tried to get that canceled.. supposedly they already verified the order... This is a total scam... I called my card company to block the payments... What really ticked me off was that "Consumer's Research " web site rated this as #1... with several thousand 5 star ratings..

This is a total CON/SCAM. What I ordered was multiplied up so I was charged (automatically via PayPal with no review of the total).

I contacted them within 2 minutes of placing the order to be told that it had shipped????!!!

Then I waited for over a week for items to arrive.

When they arrived, I tested them following the limited instructions and trouble shooting guide. Result was that I could receive 0 (yes ZERO) TV channels whilst another aerial gave me 132 channels.

Luckily I am retired and after a LOT of messaging to a fro I did get a refund for the faulty goods.

However I am out of pocket for the return freight for the products which did not perform as described. Their "policy" which was not available at time of ordering appears to be a TOTAL disregard of the Sale of Goods act.

I was conned by them. If you are thinking of ordering from them JUST DON'T!

These people are scammers. They do not deliver the product and then when you ask where it is say they have a policy of not "resending" it because you only noticed the RATS didn't send it after 30 days. Do NOT spend your money!

Leider kann man keine Minuspunkte vergeben, Minus 10 ist zu wenig.
Es handelt sich nur um Abzocke. Habe zwar die Ware erhalten, aber funktioniert nicht.
Vor ein paar Tagen zurück geschickt aber noch kein Geld drauf. Habe jetzt durch meine Bank eine Rückbuchung veranlasst. Mal sehen was rauskommt.
Finger weg von den Dreck.

I looked at these antenna and was interested. Went through the page and seemed to have ordered several items unwittingly… came out of the page, looked on my PayPal and I’d been charged for three extra items. Usually you get codes with PayPal!! Within minutes of doing this I contacted them and was told it was too late , already dispatched. Emails from Victor!!!
I now have to wait for delivery from USA, and send them back!!!!! I’m not paying for return postage.

Do not touch this company, no matter how good you think the product is.

I bought two units and hooked both units up and kept getting a note on my screen "No connection". I did some research and finally got a customer service number. They were adamant that the unit always works, and I was not following instructions. After several contacts I finally got a supervisor. I returned the unit to China for over $20. Don't buy and you will be happy.

The cost of my order was totally wrong, I was charged for 3 but only received 2, added warranty was charged which I didn't request, shipping was charged despite their advert stating free shipping. Really slapdash operation, avoid please!

Eigentlich ist selbst ein Stern zuviel für dieses Produkt bzw. diese Firma.
Ich habe eine Antenne bestellt, sie ausprobiert und festgestellt, dass sie nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin habe ich die Antenne an die angegebene Adresse zurückgeschickt und warte nun seit 3 Wochen auf eine Rückzahlung. Ich habe eine Beschwerte bei PayPal eingereicht und bis jetzt ohne Ergebnis.
Dieses Produkt, sowie diese Firma ist eine ganz miese Betrugsmasche. Nicht darauf reinfallen!!

Actually, even one star is too many for this product or this company.
I ordered an antenna, tried it and found that it doesn't work. I then sent the antenna back to the address provided and have now been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks. I filed a complaint with PayPal and so far no result.
This product and this company is a really bad scam. Don't fall for it!!

Second time been on these antennas do not work trustpilot sent them a email they replied saying sorry just send details for refund only there is no way of getting in touch with them just sent the information I sent to them back saying this email address doesn’t exists so they are scamming people

Ignoring my return that I requested after it only got ONE local channel! They say 30 day returns with no questions asked! For 3 days I have been trying to return this garbage and they do not respond anymore! No return address on their site! Their customer service does not exist much at all! Tried different ones and am ignored! A simple return and nobody is home. Be ready to receive a garbage generic antenna and losing over $50! Will contact the BBB and see if they can shut this place down. BEWARE people!
