The only thing I can say I am neutral on is that the car is driven to me, and that means milage is added, but on finance agreement state the mileage I bought the car, not milage that was added when driven to me. no one answered back to me if that get reimbursed or not

Car had the SRS light come on 2 hours after delivery, wasn't given my 7 day return policy. Was told to take car to dealer that the warranty would cover it. After taking it to the Honda dealership, they determined the car was in an accident. 1st and last time I buy a car without actually seeing and test driving.

Don't Trust Their Title Department - You'll never get tags
Found the car of my dreams, sales was pretty smooth. Delivery, a mess, finally went and picked it up myself (luckily I don't live far).
Their title department sat on my paperwork until 3 days AFTER my temp tags expired, now 4 weeks later I STILL don't have my tags and either have to drive illegally with expired tags or risk a ticket. I've been REALLY patient, but this is inexcusable. I'm about ready to tell them to come pick up their car. I've never had this kind of issue getting tags (especially since the issue was on their end) - I'd have been better off paying MORE money for a car at a real dealership. (I'm STILL waiting on tags and something more than 'I'm sorry').
UPDATE: I've amended my review from 1 star to 4 stars ... although I had issues (maybe the perfect storm of them), I will say that Anthony and Rob (customer service) were very helpful in trying to get all the issues resolved as quickly as they could. Additionally, I've spoken with Rob about how all this could be a learning opportunity to improve the process. I like a company that recognizes gaps in the system and take responsibility, and then wants to improve.
